Perfect for a short family break

Fantastic Family Vacancy Disneyland Paris 2025

The location was great in the very quiet neighbourhood 20 minutes to walk to Disneyland Paris . Shopping centre Val d' Europe, La valle Village 5 to 10 minutes walk too and amenities , train station for a day trip to Paris close by and Sea Aquarium it was fantastic. I would go back again we all love it our stay .

They should have more selections of glasses like wines and champagne , toilet paper, and no hangers in the main bedroom.It's should be at least 4 or 6 roles of toilet paper. We get 1 and half role for the family of 7. I have been in a few accommodations, and it always extras toilet paper .

Wonderful and very comfortable

Location was amazing and the property was clean modern and well maintained.

Nearest shop is a long walk and local bakery was closed. An extra seat in the living area would have been good. No cleaning products provided

Was in a great location 2 min walk from shopping centre that had everything. Also 15 20 min walk to Disneyland and a 5min walk to train station.. Lucas who greeted us was very nice and polite and when asked about storing our luggage on check out was very helpful..good value for money if you don’t fancy paying big price to stay in Disneyland

I liked the place because it was close to the outlet and Disneyland. I also appreciated the provided amenities such as coffee, kitchenware, and more. Special thanks to the concierge Ines for the warm welcome and for explaining everything we needed clearly.

The listing mentioned two bathrooms, but in reality, there is only one bathroom with two doors—one of them is just a shower area. Also, the soundproofing was poor, making it feel like we were all in one room. The walls are very thin.

Fair price and great location close to Disneyland and close-by to a commercial center.

Great location if you are planning to go to Disneyland and the price level was acceptable, comparing to other properties in the same area. Parking spaces are available in the basement, which is very convenient.

The appliances are worn out, some radiators were not working or blocked to access it and the pillows to small to sleep comfortable on it. Also, not really happy with the fact that you need to pay extra in case of check-in later than 20:00 hrs.

Great location and lots of space. Had great facilities and felt safe and secure. Easy access to Disney and great location for the shopping centre, also not far from the RER station. Bath/shower room looked recently fitted and was lovely. Beds were comfortable.

Couple of things could have done with a really good clean such as sink and toilet due to stains. There was some dishwasher/washing tablets and detergent but we couldn't determine what each thing was easily. No Air-conditioning. Overall we had a great stay and the apartment was great.

Hospitality very poor, Concierge is very arrogant, horrible, rude and heartless.

Room was spacious. Good for family with children , location good with shopping mall within walking distance.

What a horrible heartless concierge!! Property advertised reception services, free toiletries, towels and linens, baggage services. On the 2nd February, we e-mailed property , giving our arrival time and asked to drop our luggage until 4pm, the check-in time. When we arrived at the property on the 25 April, there was nobody around the place. About a dozen call was made, concierge did not pick up he phone. I got very worried as there were 3 children in our group of 5. I even called Booking.Com customer service for assistance who advised us to wait until 4pm the check-in time to see if the concierge would turn up. We had to call our taxi back to take us elsewhere as there was not even a place around the building to wait. At, 4pm, we called concierge again and when he finally turned up . We were left in the street for another 8 minutes because he wanted me to read a message on his phone which he sent the day before our arrival. about baggage services. Of course i had not seen any e-mail as we were on the plane with no access to e-mails. Twice i asked that he opened the door, at least get the children out of the cold and rain, after i will read whatever he wanted me to which he categorically refused. If it was not for the children, i would have simply move elsewhere, but the children were very tired having travelled for more than 24 hours and it was cold and wet. For five days, we were given 1 toilet paper, i bath mat for 5 persons, no change of towels or bedsheet at all.

perfect for Disneyland holiday but also for trip in Paris

accommodation was in walking range from Disneyland Paris. (about 20-25 min) but also close to the train for a nice day out in Paris. Check-in was very fast and easy, property clean and comfortable. A plus has 2 parking spaces on underground secured parking - good for travel with car.

Superb

We had a quick stay.. and Nicolas( our host)made it very convenient. He provided us will all the necessary information. Was available to assist at any point of time. And offered service which made our stay pleasant and comfortable. Would like to thank him for the afford and preparation. Easy access to big mall, where lots of brand and restaurants are presented. 10 min to Disneyland. I would definitely come back and use the same host

Really good place with great value for the price if you come to visit Disneyland

The host was professional and flexible with our arrival, the building is clean and secured, and the apartment was very close to the images on the website. The place is very close (2 mins walk) to Val d'Europe mall and La Vallee Village, really convenient but bear in mind that the closest supermarket (Auchan, in the Val d'Europe shopping center) is quite far and exists on the other side of the mall, so plan your groceries shopping well. Its only 3 bus stations to Disneyland, 7 mins trip, with a bus every half an hour.

The light in the living room is quite low, nothing nearby to go out in evening, and almost everything close around 9 pm

Everything is perfect!!! I'd like to book here again when I come to Disneyland next time!!! (You can take Bus 47 to Disneyland directly with 3 stations. 2Euro/p)

We had a very pleasant stay. An ideal location to visit Disneyland.

We had a pleasant stay here. The appartment is spacious with 2 bedrooms and a fully equipped kitchen (fridge, dishwasher, cooking equipment, ...). Bathing Towels are available. The sitting room is comfy with a big TV (Netflix installed). We had a private parking space on the -1 level. There is a big shopping mall and bakery nearby. The price is very reasonable compared to other appartments in the neighbourhood. Ideal located to visit Disneyland Paris.

Wifi reception wasn't too great, but still OK. If you're planning on doing the dishes the old fashioned way, be sure to bring a kitchen towel, because this is not available.

Carolane è stata molto gentile quando ci ha accolti in casa, ci ha mostrato l'appartamento e si è resa disponibile per qualsiasi problema. (La mattina del nostro arrivo ha anche risolto per noi un piccolo problema con l'autista che ci attendeva all'aeroporto) Appartamento molto bello e moderno, funzionale per accogliere una famiglia in vacanza per pochi giorni.

C'era una piccola perdita d'acqua nel pavimento in cucina.

Struttra in una zona non lontana da Eurodisney, raggiungibile con un taxi a piedi è un po lunga. Ci sono dei market a 10 minuti a piedi. Le camere erano spaziose e comode, gli spazi adatti per 8 persone. Giusto compromesso qualità prezzo.
