Modern upside down property with hot tub

fabulous facilities and decor but it was a little noisy with the road being so close.

The road noise was often louder than the Tv

We loved everything about this property, there were plenty of appliances for us to use and instructions on how to use everything. The house was warm and clean, there was a wine cooler upstairs and out in the garden area which was great and we loved the hot tub! It was 5 minute drive from Cromer and Sheringham, 30 mins on the bus. The shop is a 3 minute walk up the road and so is the pub! Unfortunately the pub is closing but we went on it last night and all pints were £2.50, winner!! The beds were comfy and the sheets smelt lovely. We were all really impressed with this place and are looking to visit again in the summer!

The one and only thing I didn’t like was the front gate didn’t close so early hours in the morning I woke up a few times due to the gate banging open and shut but that was literally the only thing!

There wasn’t any breakfast? Rooms and living spaces were all good for the 6 of us. The ladies used the “Hot Tub” and enjoyed it

The main road was noisy on the week days, less so at weekends BBQ wasn’t available Parking the cars on the other side of the road was a slight issue, took ages to cross the road.

Great location, and it is a beautiful house. Host was accommodating with an early check in.

Cleanliness of property not up to standard. Which is a shame as it is a lovely house. Awful smell of damp as you first enter the property. Advertised as with BBQ, however, no BBQ at property.
