House was everything we needed. Beds were really comfy. I was worried after seeing previous reviews and yes it needs a bit of tlc but dont let this put you off. The house is lovely and in a great location to explore norfolk. Was nice to sit and eat with the bifolds open overlooking the lake and go in the hot tub after. The road is noisy but we just turned the tele up a bit

Great location for visiting Cromer and surrounding areas, having a hot tub and great open plan living area, bedrooms and beds comfortable and clean. Children enjoyed the games provided.
On a busy road which was quite noisy. Despite this wouldn’t put us off staying again because location is good. No bin bags provided and the kettle needs replacing as not working properly.

Great location, and it is a beautiful house. Host was accommodating with an early check in.
Cleanliness of property not up to standard. Which is a shame as it is a lovely house.
Awful smell of damp as you first enter the property.
Advertised as with BBQ, however, no BBQ at property.
