Superbly situated accommodation on the Norfolk coast path. Amazing views and easy to find. Good equipment and lots utensils in the kitchen. General decorating and condition are in need of some attention (kitchen doors - paint - blinds) But this did not detract from our 3 night stay. If you want a spacious well placed house in the busy Sheringham this will be for you.

A lovely light airy space with uninterupted views of the sea. Access to the beach very close down a slope and some steps.Comfortable beds and everything we used worked well - I like to cook local produce and the kitchen was fine. Perhaps you could leave some teabags for future guests . I had to pop out to the shops on arrival for those, and some salt.

The house was very well represented on Vrbo and the photos were accurate. It suited our needs perfectly as two families holidaying together spanning three generations. The kitchen was actually more spacious than we were expecting. Sea Wrack has unbeatable views, is in a great location an easy 5 minute walk into the centre of the town and barely two minutes down the adjacent path to the beach. The house is well-equipped for self-catering (great hob, oven, dishwasher and washer/dryer) and we do like to cook together. We've already booked to return next year!

The property is in a great location for unending views of the sea....the climb on foot from town or beach is not for the elderly or the unfit ...the property is getting tired in some places , soft furnishings would benefit from a clean eg.the sofa/cushions /rugs in the lounge and the extractor fan in the kitchen was very bad .All bedding was beautiful and looked new and the bedrooms were very clean as were the bathrooms. With groups of people staying either side of us the walls are very thin and one cant help wishing the lovely floorboards in all the properties were carpeted! We love Sheringham and the lovely beach so our stay was still enjoyable.
