Charming apartment for pleasant family reunion

Excellent accommodations for our needs. We came to visit family in Paris from the United States, and this charming apartment was perfect for our reunion. The place was clean and well stocked with the necessities. My grandpa who lives here in Paris brought all kinds of delicious goodies to fill the fridge. We made use of all 3 bedrooms, the balconies and washer/dryer as well as did some cooking in the kitchen. It came with a personal parking space, and any additional parking was also more than adequate. Definitely, I would book again for our next visit to Paris.

One very, very minor thing - Add instructions that the provided keychain also has fobs for the building entrance and gate. I didn't realize those attachments on keychain were key fobs until we saw someone use theirs to enter one of the buildings. If instructions are there in the little binder on the living room table, then I must have missed that page, and you can ignore this little critique.

The living room and kitchen were cute. The owners were nice when we contacted them but the property isn’t good.

A lot 1. We are a group of 7. There was 1 toilet which we knew and was ok but the bathroom the shower was broken and you had to hold the hose over you to shower. For 7 people trying to have showers this was awful. We booked accommodation with a car parking space yet someone else used the space the entire time we were there. We were told to use a specific space yet when we said someone was using it they then said after oh just use another space. The area isn’t very nice neither is the Apartmenr block - doesn’t feel very safe. We left after one night even though had booked two. They offered us an exceptional refund for one night if we didn’t leave a review.

Superb

The rooms looked just like the photos. Great job on the decor and colour scheme. The property owner provided clear instructions and assisted as much as possible. Loved the recommendations for food, recycling, getting around Paris, etc. It was close to restaurants, supermarkets and the bus/train stations. Felt like home away from home.

Family vacation

It is in a very nice city near Paris, comfortable clean appartment with all needed equipment. Even we had a mixer and oven in kitchen. Everything for nice stay. Parking place in a closed teritory, which is very important due to the Paris parking problems . The owners answered all questions we had. We 100% recommend this appartment for family trips. There were a lot of minishops in 5 min walking, supermarket in 10 minutes, nearby railway station.
