I would stay again!
Very modern & spacious, updated kitchen, nice dining room with a big table, TV room was nice & great security, & access code.
One bedroom door locked if you shut the door, bed broke in the middle of the night, very loud neighbors, floors & shower were not cleaned.

Very clean and close distance to metro station. Clear instructions on how to get inside.
There are not enough hangers in the wardrobe , very low ceilings in the bedrooms with metal beams, every one of us manege to hurt their heads by bumping into them 😢

Ideal accommodation for a group or family.
The accommodation was spacious & light. It was clean & tidy.
Location was good for shops & once we'd worked out the buses to & from the metro it was easier to get about. The location was a bit far out for the city centre so didn't give the authentic Parisian feel & meant we didn't experience Paris at night due to the Metro not running later into the evening. In the upstairs bedrooms blinds would be beneficial to the velux windows because it was too light in the morning causing the occupants to be woken up earlier than they wanted. In addition the paintwork needed attention in some places. A nice touch would have been tea or coffee avaliable when we arrived plus water in the fridge. Also tea towels would have been good.

Emplacement super, superficie géniale, literie super, bon contact avec le propriétaire, ligne de bus à côté et métro pas très loin.
Petit bémol, sur l'équipement, four inutilisable, un volet cassé, préciser le type de cafetière (capsule mais pas une en avance) et aucun volet sur les velux dans les chambres.

5 giorni a Parigi
Ottimo appartamento con 3 camere da letto, 2 bagni e 3 docce.Posizione un pò fuori ma servita benissimo da metro e autobus, zona tranquilla con molti negozi. L'appartamento è dotato di bagnoschiuma e prodotti per i piatti, c'è la lavastoviglie, lavatrice e asciugatrice.....molto comode...Eravamo in 7 e ci siamo trovati benissimo
Considerando che l'appartamento è previsto per 8 persone....devo segnalare la mancanza di piatti fondi (uno solo) mancavano le forchette (soto 4 di dotazione)....pure le tazze per la colazione insufficenti (facevamo a turno). Consiglio un tappetino bagno per la doccia sita al primo piano. Ho comunicato queste mancanze al proprietario che non si è mai fatto sentire. Peccato perchè l'appartamento merita proprio.
