I can recommend this facility if you are looking for short stays for a group of 7 to 8 people.
It was spacious and clean
It was mixed feelings with respect to staff. Especially I didn’t like it the way they handled with regard to Check out time. Other than that the staff was helpful.

L’appartement est bien situé Il est très agréable et bien aménagé
Gros problème de toilette bouché La communication avec la conciergerie a revoir trop de temps à répondre aux messages sur Booking.com problème avec les liens pour paiement caution finalement ils nous ont envoyé un sur WhatsApp et ça a fonctionné À notre arrivée pas de clé dans la boîte à clés la personne qui faisait le ménage n’avait pas fini obligé d’attendre Le plus gros bémol c’est la récupération du badge de garage qui faut absolument monter le chercher à l’appartement et le laisser aussi en partant sachant qu’il n’y a pas de place de parking disponible aux alentours c’est très compliqué lors du départ nous devons sortir la voiture et remonter le badge dans le logement puis sortir et remettre la clé dans la boîte à clés dehors pourquoi ne pas mettre le badge avec la clé dans la boîte à clés ça serait plus logique

L'annonce ne correspond pas à la réalité, des informations ont été cachées siemens. Appartement dans une cité HLM des années 80 de plus de 16 étages. Ascenseur en panne. Le staf a été très exigeant, mais le service ne suit pas
Pas de bouteille d'eau d'accueil Mauvaise odeur, plusieurs portes coincées, Pas de tapis de bain, nous n'avons pas pu accéder au parking, adresse de parking différent de l'appartement. Ascenseur en panne, des résidents nous ont confié que cela arrive souvent Appartement au 16e étage, vu sur une zone industrielle et autoroute...
