Beautiful, big and cozy apartment

Good value for money but not hotel material.

the size of the apartment was really good. The Wc being split worked really well for us. Not that far from the city centre using Uber. Price was fair.

I did not like the parking garage but nothing can be done about that: Huge underground parking: Dark, Smelly & dirty. There are no Aircons and the weather was warm. The Mattresses should be replaced.

Good location, but the apartment needs better care and service.

Positive aspects include the apartment’s location. Since the RER C line was out of service during our stay, we walked to the Gare d’Enghien-les-Bains train station, which turned out to be a beautiful walk through a residential area and along the lake. It was also a nice touch that we had six coffee capsules and several individually wrapped jams prepared for five adults for a three-day stay.

Probably the biggest issue was that we had booked accommodation for 7 people, but only 6 beds were prepared. There was no bedding or towels for the seventh bed, which was a sofa bed. I asked in advance about the possibility of early check-in, as we were travelling with a 4-year-old child and our journey had started at 3:00 a.m. On the day of arrival, I received messages between 09:37 and 09:40 saying the apartment was ready. However, when I proactively called the host, I was told they didn’t know whether early check-in would be possible, since check-out takes place between 10 and 11 a.m. and they'd only know more once they saw the condition of the apartment. I was told they would contact me again — but they never did. Later, I received another message stating that the code to access the key lockbox would work only from 4 p.m. That was very confusing. I don’t know what I would have done if I had relied on the initial morning messages — I would’ve arrived and then had to wait until 4 p.m.? That would have been extremely unpleasant, especially with a small child. When I urgently needed help entering the apartment, I reached only voicemail and received a message saying everything was explained in the instructions. The same thing happened when I had problems leaving the apartment — I called both “emergency” numbers, but no one picked up. I left a voicemail, but no one ever called me back. As for the apartment itself: it’s quite neglected. There was mould in the shower, the showerhead holder was attached with a plastic clamp, a doorframe was chipped, and there was unemptied trash in the kitchen bin — including a used diaper and other items I preferred not to examine.

Séjour passable au mieux. Ne vaut clairement pas la note affichée de 9.

Hôtes réactifs et communication aisée notamment pour récupérer les clefs assez facilement à notre arrivée. Le salon est très spacieux et la cuisine est assez bien équipée pour notre utilisation.

Salle de bain bouchée se transformant en patauge en quelques secondes rendant les douches peu agréables. Eclairage principal du salon non fonctionnel, même si des lampes d'appoint sont présentes. Literies de piètre qualité dans deux des trois chambres avec des matelas qui s'enfoncent et perturbant fortement le sommeil de ma jeune équipe sportive la veille de sa compétition. Nous avons également constaté avec effroi l'état des matelas jaunis probablement imbibés d'urine à un moment. En conséquence le logement est cher pour le service proposé et la note élevée est clairement sur-côtée.

La facilité et amabilité des hôtes à travers la messagerie. L'emplacement était super aussi. Et l'appartement en lui même est beau, agréable et parfait pour un weekend en famille.

Les serviettes de douche étaient très petites et fines, ce n'était pas très agréable pour se doucher. Je pense aussi que vu qu'on avait payé pour 8 personnes, le lit du salon aurait pu être prêt car les affaires pour faire le lit étaient un peu dispersées dans les placards.

Praktisch, ruim appartement. Wel onderhoudsbeurt nodig.

Ruimte van de locatie, eigen parkeerplaats, dichtbij supermarkt en park. Rustige buurt.

Er was onderhoud nodig. De meeste rolluiken werkten niet, klemmende deuren, vaatwasserrek en koelkast deur zaten los, douche liep niet goed. De vermeldde 20 minuten reistijd naar Paris zijn wel heel optimistisch.

Super Wochenende in einem großen Appartement

Ein tolles,großes Appartement. Super Ausstattung, Küchenutensilien, Spülmaschine,Bettwäsche,Handtücher Bügeleisen,Waschmaschine und vieles mehr vorhanden. Tiefgaragenparkplatz ist ebenso vorhanden. Der Vermieter ist 1 A , tolle Kommunikation bei Fragen und sehr freundlich. Dazu ist der Bahnhof ca. 10 min fußläufig entfernt für einen Ausflug nach Paris. Bahnlinie C fährt ohne Umstieg in 25min zum Eiffelturm.Wir kommen wieder!
