The entire house smelled musty—especially the cinema room. Caution: Black mold inside!

The location / area was good. There was an outdoor pool and a hot tub.

At first glance, a very nice-looking apartment. Right from the start, we noticed that everything smelled very damp and musty. The cinema room, which had no windows or ventilation, had a particularly intense smell. On the first evening, we realized that two of us were having allergic reactions in the apartment. Shortly afterwards, we discovered that behind a cupboard (the wall to the cinema room), everything was covered in black mold – right next to the kitchen and dining room. We left the very next morning and were met with incomprehension on the part of the landlord, as the other reviews were otherwise good. We had to pay a significantly higher price for the first night and were then able to leave. All in all, a terrible experience for anyone who values their health!

Everything you could want and more, excellent cinema kitchen dinning room complete with sauna jacuzzi and swimming pool oh and great little sun trap down the bottom garden for sun bathing. Noisy le Grand

The place is nice and at night in the hot top outside is a great experience. I did not try the pisine. The location is great too for a walk along the Marne river or to downtown Noisy where the market is on Wednesdays. A bakery and a bar for a good coffee in the morning. The room is spacious with a comfortable bed and nice shower. Handy to have a table to work on. Kitchen and other shared rooms for eating, work-out, and watching films.

Bring your own breakfast, however if you are prepared, you have the facilities to make your breakfast or take the nice walk to the boulanger, what I did.

A great escape from the city

Possibility to reserve jacuzzi and movie room. The jacuzzi was very nice. Location is at the same time very close to the river and not too far from the city center (many good restaurants)

Serene place to be

Very clean, comfortable and serene place to be. The jacuzzi was perfect after days of long walks. Near the property is the river Marne, where you can wander or go jogging. The villa looks just like in the pictures, with pool and fitness area. I find it very nice that there was coffee and tee provided by the host, Benjamin, who is very friendly and approachable. Thank you Benjamin. Hope to come back soon.

Sometimes a guy appears without notice and by surprise everywhere He scared us one night 10pm on the jaccuzi with a suddenly surprising appearance and he stayed around there Not sure if a employee or a costumer 🙄 If an employee not good and not friendly for the privacy of the costumers

Je n'ai absolument rien aimé dans cet établissement ...un établissement à éviter...sinon vous allez perdre tout votre argent comme moi.

L'accueil très froid, nous avons attendu un moment avant que ce monsieur nous ouvre la porte alors qu'il fait rentrer avant nous qui étions arrivés en premier des personnes qui se sont précipités pour accéder à leur réservation et referme la porte derrière eux nous laissant en attente un bon moment...bref ... Aucun respect... aucune courtoisie...continuons avec les lieux qui sentent l'humidité...une horreur.. c'est vétuste et ancien... L'hygiène est douteuse, mal entretenue intérieurement et extérieurement, accessibilité très réduite par rapport au sol extérieur un vrai casse-figure...piscine sale ... nous avons dû quitter les lieux sans être remboursé Nous n'avons donc passé aucune nuit dans cet endroit que je déconseille vivement ...et heureusement que nous n'avions pas dormi là-bas dès le premier soir car le lendemain des marteaux piqueurs (deux) étaient en plein concert juste à côté de notre chambre j'ai d'ailleurs pris des vidéos pour preuves... Incroyable !!! Je n'ai jamais vu ça... Et ce monsieur avec sa bonne conscience m'envoie un sms me disant : j'espère que le bruit ne vous dérange pas j'en suis désolé... c'est juste pathétique... Ça résonnait dans notre chambre lorsque nous y avons déposé notre clef et repartis ensuite pour ne jamais revenir... celui-ci à voulu faire bonne impression en m'envoyant un autre sms précisant que si nous revenions un jour il nous fera un prix pour une nuit... c'est une blague !!!? Incroyable !!! En tout cas ce monsieur a gardé l'argent de ma réservation dans sa totalité ... Malgré le fait que nous n'y avons pas couché ni resté puisque nous sommes partis aussitôt arrivés... Sans aucun dédommagement financier...mon argent est parti sur son compte bancaire sans que mon ami et moi-même ne soyons restés.
