Great location, would stay again if just needing a base to sightsee from
The location was great, 3 mins walk to the train station, red line into Paris within 20 mins. Beds comfy and shower was great. Great communication from the host!
I was very skeptical when asked to pay €500 deposit upfront in a transfer however checked this through booking.com and with hosts. Having visited I now understand why, the location is great however the area and the building if fairly rough, the apartment has a complex electric locking/ bolt system in place and a camera in the property covering the inside of the door, confirmed with hosts this is for security when the property is empty. I have received my deposit back the same day we vacated which is great and the hosts were fab at responding to any questions

Dostupnost dálnice byla dobrá, kousek od ubytování byla garáž, kterou sice platíte ale byla super. Našli jsme Carefour, který byl asi 400 m od domu 💕

Très déçus
Devoir payer 9€ pour accéder au parking non prévenu avant. Logement sale avec des vêtements dans la machine à laver et dans les placard . Sol très sale, obliger de re nettoyer la vaisselle et la douche avant de s’en servir. Très déçu du logement comparais à l’annonce postée. Heureusement que c’était pour une seule nuit.

Sehr gute Lage, nah am Bahnhof und nah an Einkaufsmöglichkeiten.
Apartment schlecht vorbereitet, nicht sauber, schlecht beleuchtet. (die Schlafzimmer haben keine feste Beleuchtung). Küche und Besteck schlecht geputzt. Alle Oberflächen wie Schränke, Schubladen etc. leicht klebrig. Besteck unvollständig, Geschirr unvollständig. Wohnung riecht stark nach Rauch.

Мою резервацію відмінили за декілька годин до поселення і не поіернули кошти.

Власник помешкання брехун і шахрай. Не дивлячись на повну передплату вимагав з мене 500€ кауціі. За декілька годин перед заселенням відмінив мою резервацію, через це я зі своїми малолітніми дітьми був вимушений ночувати в небезпечному Парижі під відкритим небом. Після скасування власником моєї резервації я отримав компенсацію тільки 30% від повної вартості (не враховуючи навіть моральної компенсації за завдані незручності, стрес і зіпсованому подорож). Нікому не рекомендую ці апартаменти, якщо ви не хочете бути обманутими і скривдженими. Сьогодні я подав заяву до поліції і маю велику надію, що ці апартаменти закриються і не будуть більше функціонувати.

Il gestore ci ha addebitato dei costi trattenendo la cauzione senza assolutamente avere prova di quanto lamentato, e soprattutto reclamando danni 4 giorni dopo il nostro check-out quindi potrebbero essere stati causati da qualcun altro dopo di noi, e soprattutto senza testimoniare le condizioni dell'allloggio prima del nostro arrivo relativamente ai danni che lamentano (la tenda poteva già essere rotta, il palchetto già rigato, il carica batterie non presente, un letto spostato mi sembra ridicolo addebitare soldi questo). Insomma dei truffatori a tutti gli effetti. Sconsiglio vivamente a chiunque di andare in questo alloggio.
