La disponibilità da parte di chi ci ha ricevuto all'arrivo, malgrado fossimo in ritardo sull'orario concordato. La dotazione dell'appartamento, dalle stoviglie agli elettrodomestici alla biancheria da letto e da bagno. La vicinanza alla stazione RER A, che ci portava a Disneyland Paris e a Parigi in 15-20 minuti. La vicinanza ad un grande centro commerciale dove trovare tutto il necessario.
Da migliorare la pulizia, in particolar modo degli infissi (pieni di polvere), anche se l'appartamento l'abbiamo trovato in condizioni accettabili.

La proprietaria è una persona fantastica: garbata, disponibile e molto socievole. L'appartamento, seppur datato, è dotato di vari confort (lavastoviglie, bollitore, aspirapolvere, frigorifero, freezer, ventilatore, phon, parquet...). Sono forniti anche asciugamani da doccia e lenzuola. Seppur situato in un grande stabile, risulta molto silenzioso. L'ambiente è accogliente e risulta comodissimo per prendere i mezzi pubblici. Vicinissimo c'è un centro commerciale con negozi per ogni esigenza.
Nelle camere non ci sono lampadari ma lampade da tavolo: ritengo che un lampadario fornirebbe maggior illuminazione, ma è un gusto personale!. La pulizia non è il top.

Ideal zwischen Paris und Disneyland an Bahnlinie A. Fährt im 10 min Takt. Zu Fuß 5min zum Bahnhof. Sehr nette Vermieterin. Hat uns ihren Parkplatz im Parkhaus kostenfrei zur Verfügung gestellt. Bad und Toilette getrennt. Matratzen gut.
Mobiliar und Geschirr recht abgewohnt und alt. Spartanische Einrichtung. Fernseher sehr klein.
