Mooi, ruim appartement met prachtig zich op Parijs.
Ruim appartement, goed beveiligd gebouw, zicht op Parijs.
Communicatie laatste dagen voor vertrek nogal stroef. 2 dagen voor vertrek plots melding dat er nog borg moest betaald worden. Was niet duidelijk gecommuniceerd door booking…Vlug nog in orde gebracht. Gingen dan gegevens doorkrijgen ivm betreden appartement maar niets gekregen…Ondertussen al in Parijs en zelf enkele keren moeten bellen, dan wel heel goed geholpen door Lorenzo, die ons opwachtte ter plaatse en alles heeft uitgelegd. Wel niet zo fijn om op deze manier op vakantie te moeten vertrekken, in onwetentheid, en dat in een grootstad met kinderen…Al veel positieve ervaringen met booking maar dit was toch een mindere…

Gute Lage der Wohnung, gutes Verhältnis Preis-Leistung, schöner Blick über Paris, neue und sichere Einrichtung
Toilette unerwartet "alt" im Vergleich zum Rest des Apartment und Gebäude. Apartment schien bei Ankunft bis auf die Betten nicht gereinigt worden zu sein. Dusche, Schränke, Wände, Fussboden und Fenster dreckig. Abfluss im Waschbecken verstopft sodass Wasser schlecht abfloss. Unschöner Geruch im Bad bei Ankunft da Waschmaschine im Bad und kein Fenster. Keine Klimaanlage und kein Moskitoschutz (frische Luft in der Wohnung war herausfordernd). Anreise war etwas umständlich da keine vorherige Erklärung zur Tiefgarage und zur Kaution, dafür schnelle Reaktion und Hilfe des "Hosts". Zugang in die Wohnung ging über App. Ansonsten gute Lage. Zur Metro sind es eher 15min. Einkauf direkt um die Ecke möglich. Wohlfühlen kam leider nicht so richtig auf.
