Good Place to stay outside Paris for group of 8 people..

The apartment is quite spaciois for 7 people, it has 4 bedrooms and spacious dining area. The complex provides parking inside the gate so it felt safe. The place has 2 toilets and 2 showers (super plus point), so comfortable to survive when traveling in a group. The communication with the owner also good, as we had problem with hot water on our first day and contacted the owner, then the owner organized someone to fix it the next morning 👍🏼.

The building quite old and low maintenance, the stairs and corridor felt a bit damp. The apartment has no ac or at least a fan, a bit tricky to survive during summer heat, we were there during heatwave early July, luckily the heatwave ended on our first day there, should consider to provide at least some fan or portable air cooler ..

Property fine- no hot water and missing iPad

Good location and property matched the images

We had no hot water during our stay and was ignored by the host in relation to this even though we messaged every day of our stay. An IPad was also left and they have confirmed they have it and agreed to post this to me. They have yet to post it and I am now being ignored by there cleaner who contacted me.

Apertamente molto comodo e con tutti i servizi, eravamo un gruppo di 10 persone abbiamo alloggiato per 8 giorni e ci siamo trovati veramente benissimo,la stazione dei treni si trova circa a 800 metri e da lì riesci ad arrivare in centro di Parigi in circa 50 minuti, ringrazio il proprietario per tutto. Mi sento di consigliare questo appartamento

Se proprio devo trovare una pecca ci sono delle piccole griglie vicino le finestre che fanno entrare un po' di aria fredda
