We liked the plenty of space in the rooms, the building and the surroundings.
There were too few dishes (3 soup plates) for a family of four people, and only a big frying pan and a very big pot were provided. The induction cooktop was barely able to make water boiling in the big pot, and only after using the frying pan as a lid (since lids were missing as well)... Therefore I would not recommend this location for someone intending to extensively use the kitchenware. Besides, the water closet was misfunctioning, giving some troubles flushing away anything solid, even toilet paper.
