no good experience due to bedbugs and no solution for our problems

location was very near to the train station so very easy. the private parking was nice

- When we arrived we only found a key in a locker, no remote to open the garage to park our car Fortunately there was a guy living there who used his remote to let us in. Afterwards when we came in the apartment, we found the remote on the table, but nobody had told us this... - We've found bedbugs (and blood stains) in 2 beds - our kids had different bites due to it and at first they didn't want to sleep in the beds anymore. Therefore we had to check for bedbugs, which was horrible because every evening we've found new ones... We washed everything and we hope we didn't bring any bedbugs home. -The couch in the living room where our youngest slept, was not made... we had to look for sheets ourselves We had to take one of our sheets because there were no extra sheets available. The mattrass of this coach and the cushion were full of stains. - We didn't have enough glasses/cups for 5 persons - The floor of the living room was not very clean when we arrived - The address of this apartment is 15 A, but it's located in building 15 B. This is very confusing and there's no plate on the door of the apartment itself so we had to look for a long time We've sent several mails about this, but we didn't get a good and quick response. Nobody reacted on our latest message. Nobody called us or helped us, something we can not understand at all ! We"re very disappointed because we didn't get the comfort/hygiene we wanted !! W and I

I would come back

The apartment is very well situated, close to a RER station. Only one train is needed in order to get to the city centre. And also close enough to get to Disneyland by changing the train once. We liked the fact that we had all the utilities needed (coffee maker, washing machine, dishwasher, stove, microwave, iron, and hair dryer) all functional. It was easy to get to the apartment, and Marco was a very nice host by letting us have an early check-in.

There are a few things that can be improved. We didn't have enough garbage bags, we had to buy. The table was a little sticky when we got there but we cleaned it and it was fine. Both beds were very uncomfortable to sleep in, and the walls were so thin that we could hear each other whispering from the other room. We almost missed our train because we couldn't close the safe where the key was supposed to go. There were small things that were not OK, but overall, everything was fixable, and we managed to make the best of our trip.

Lorenzo was a great help and the whole stay was great.

Lorenzo was amazing, I had a flat tyre on my car when I arrived and Lorenzo helped me change it and organized a replacement tyre that arrived and was fitted within an hour so we could still get to Disneyland the following morning. Aside from that the flat itself was great, very clean. Lots of food options very close by and the train is just over the road so everything was easy.

This apartment was pleasant & had all amenities required, very clean property would surely recommend this place even close to train station in 2 mins, halal restaurants, mini supermarket and the owner eric & myriam was very helpful..

As we are muslim we need spray water in the bathroom..

L’ensemble du logement et surtout le rapport qualité prix (logement tout neuf tout propre bien grand avec un excellent design) et la proximité avec la gare et tout commerces.

Aucun placard pour stocker des produits secs et poubelle trop petite sans sac poubelle.

Très très déçue de mon expérience. Le monsieur que j’ai eu au téléphone ma clairement mal parlé et été désagréable peu à l’écoute. Manque de respect et aucune empathie. Inacceptable ce genre de comportement. Je trouve ça inhumain de traiter les gens de la sorte sachant que j’ai juste demandé des renseignements en plus car ça m’est la première fois que je fais une réservation Airbnb. Pour finir j’espère que AIRBNB prendra ce genre de commentaire au sérieux!!!!!!
