Great place, clean, confortable and very close to public transport!

Great place! 2 min by foot from the train station (direct line to Disney or Paris). Very clean apartment; confortable beds (+ 1 sofa), fully equipped kitchen, amenties like soap, shower gel, tooth kit, etc. Natalia, the host, very thoughtful, thank you. Boulangerie and supermarket 5 min walking, and a fast food just around the corner.

Convenient for a short holiday combining Disneyland and a day in Paris

It was near the railway station, half way between Paris and Disneyland. The beds were comfortable, it was warm and there was plenty of hot water. There was a great bakery/cafe nearby to have breakfast

The apartment itself was nice, but there were massive cobwebs in the living room and bedroom. Getting the door open when we first arrived was a challenge, it took quite a few attempts to get the lock to open. The area was a bit bleak, there were a few restaurants but nothing especially attractive. We were only there 3 nights, and were out all day, but otherwise I think we’d have been disappointed with the area.

Very clean and nice apartment everything was perfect the flat has all what you want. The location is very good quite area has some good restaurants around specially halal food. Carrefour is just 6 min drive, disneyland 20min and you can get to Paris very easy. Natalie responded very quickly to my messages very happy with service. I will stay again and again really love it.

Only one thing is the check-out is very early if by midday will be good.

Nice weekend to Paris and Disneyland

The position is fantastic. Few hundreds meters from the rail station connecting the place to Paris or to Disneyland in 20 minutes. All the necessary items were available in the apartment.

Not happy at all

Spacious

The owners are liars and are stating that we have damaged an armchair and requesting 150euros when we left that property intact and it didn’t even have an armchair in it. Stay away from this property as they will lie and accuse you of non existent damages after your stay.

Great value for money and close to metro/RER

- Really great value for money and just 3 minutes from A RER/metro station. - U can get to city center or Disneyland in 25 min - - Also quite spacy place as for such big cities standard and great contact with owner. - Many extras that are enough for a long stay: tee, coffee, washing liquid, trash bags etc. Small things but in a travel matters a lot

Appartement très bien situé, remarquablement entretenu et équipé.

La propreté des lieux. Le confort du logement. Les nombreux équipements mis à disposition. La réactivité de la propriétaire/gestionnaire. Le calme. La sécurité du bâtiment. La présence de commerces alimentaires et de la gare RER à proximité immêdiate.

La qualité inégale du WIFI qui ne m'a pas permis de regarder la télévision certains soirs alors même que, par défaut, j'ai pu le faire sur mon téléphone connecté sur le même réseau WIFI.

Piacevole soggiorno, casa confortevole, luminosa e ben organizzata

Mio marito ed io abbiamo trascorso una settimana a Cosy Case, appartamento scelto, fra le altre caratteristiche, anche per la sua posizione. Come già segnalato da altri ospiti è molto vicino alla stazione della RER A, indispensabile per raggiungere Parigi o Disneyland. Nelle immediate vicinanze ci sono tutti i servizi, panetteria-pasticceria, un nuovo supermercato ALDI, diversi ristoranti con cibo da asporto, farmacia, posta. Il soggiorno è stato ottimo. La casa è confortevole, luminosa, ben organizzata e spaziosa soprattutto per due persone. Host molto disponibile. Torneremo volentieri qui qualora avessimo necessità di soggiornare nuovamente a Champs sur Marne

L’appartamento era un po' freddo data le basse temperature esterne di questo periodo.
