Full of problems

Location was quiet and nice.

Before arriving at the apartment, I sent two messages asking how to get the key, but received no response. It was cold and raining when we arrived. We had to struggle to find the key to the door. The Uber driver who took us there called the apartment telephone number and got the code for the key box, which was how we got in. Besides this, it was freezing cold when we arrived. We turned on the heating and sat inside with our coats on until it warmed up. The house has two separate bedrooms, and each bedroom has its own bathroom. But be warned! There's no toilet in the bathrooms. There's only one shared toilet, which creates a problem with comfort. Since we're two families, I specifically wanted a place with a private bathroom and toilet in each room. However, the information about the apartment on the booking form doesn't include this crucial information about the toilet. Another major issue we encountered was getting our accommodation invoice. When we were preparing our luggage for check-out, the owner and a cleaning lady arrived at 10:45 a.m. while we were still at the property. I explained to him that we requested an invoice and that it was important. He took my email address but didn't send it. I messaged him several times through Booking. However, he didn't return my messages. Finally, he sent the invoice after I explained that my rating for the apartment would be affected by this experience. I'm having a hard time understanding this.

Prime location, good stay and sleeping rooms, decently equipped kitchen, one toilet is challenging , 2 bathrooms is very

Location of the property is very nice and nearby to all popular destinations and outlets villages, commercial malls etc. Bedrooms are equipped with nice mattresses that one can sleep well after a day trip so primary residence purpose is solved. Kitchen is equipped decently 👍🏼 but with old gas hop (recommend an induction or similar update) Overall property is nice for 5 people to stay for three days definitely. I I’ll recommend.

I liked the property but have few recommendation and suggestion/info request to host as below. One toilet for 5-6 guest property is very challenging. (Please consider keeping one more) Few delays with responses from host (may be a WhatsApp or signal via message is more faster) Caution deposit of 300 euros information is not known before booking(please add this info on your property info so guest know it prior) Wifi details in instruction is obsolete as there is no Deargueat Wi-Fi network detectable inside the house only a bbox wifi but it’s secured( please check and update the details of Wifi) Instruction about house on heating systems, garbage disposals will be helpful, but manageable.

Mauvaise expérience La note et le prix du logement n'est pas du tout raccord. Déjà à l'arrivée le logement paraît insalubre dans une cour sale et encombrée. De plus nous avions réservé pour 5 pers, il n'y avait même pas de drap pour le canapé lit. De plus je doute que les couettes et draps des lits n'aient pas déjà servi : on a trouvé des cheveux et taches dessus. Enfin des plafonniers avec fils dénudés,et des meubles abîmés .Vraiment déçus... A éviter

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour

Lieu calme et paisible desservi par une gare à 20 minutes, maison propre, lit confortable. La propriétaire serviable a vite réagit à notre demande car il manquait un linge de maison. Wifi et chaînes tv correctes

À l’avis de notre groupe, il manquait des éléments de base pour cuisiner (épices, huile…) surtout pour un séjour plus ou moins court.

Apartamento que está en un garaje, techo muy bajo, poca ventilación, cocina huele a humedad, dice que tiene parking y lo que el dueño entiende como parking es aparcar en la calle, baño muy estrecho y pequeño.

Schönes innere

Die Wohnung ist schön es ist sauber und man hat auch mit vier bis 6 Personen Platz je Schlafzimmer ein eigenes Bad.

Vor dem Haus zu stehen war ein Schock die darüber liegenden Wohnung gleicht einer Müllhalde womit man zuerst sehr abgeschreckt wird bevor man in die Ferienwohnung geht. Demnach bitte nicht aufs Haus schauen sondern das innere bewerten.

Se decía que había artículos de aseo, champú y gel y no había ni pastillas de jabón. Solo un rollo de papel higiénico. Había 2 baños con ducha y lavabo y luego otro baño con wáter. Solo un wáter. Los lavabos tragaban muy mal. La cocina olía bastante mal. No había nada ni para fregar los cacharros, ni para cocinar ( sal, aceite.... Nada). El menaje justo. Ni mantel.Tampoco había aire acondicionado aunque es cierto que el apartamento era fresco.

Buena ubicación

Cercano a la RER A para ir al centro y a Disney, con tiendas cercanas y en un barrio tranquilo. La casa era bastante agradable y había cosas que parecían recién reformadas.

El dueño no contesta a las preguntas. Éramos 5 adultos y un bebé y nos puso únicamente 4 toallas. Le pedimos una más y ni respondió. Tampoco responde a las preguntas antes de llegar al apartamento. Poco material de cocina para comer allí, además te obliga a dejar limpios los platos cuando te vas y no hay ni jabón. Te deja un único rollo de papel para todos. También se dice que había utensilios de baño y no había nada. Encontramos bastantes hormigas por la cocina, supongo debido a la casa de al lado que está llena de porquería, además no hay ni fregona y las escobas están rotas. Creo que con lo que se paga se podrían tener algún servicio mínimo que hiciesen la estancia de 10. Aunque el apartamento está bien, solo dan ganas de ir a dormir.

Aussenbereich ungepflegt Die Küche und Boden waren nicht ganz sauber Besteck war nicht komplett, haben Besteck kaufen müssen. Keine Küchentücher Ein WC für 6 Personen ungenügend Überhaupt kein Kontakt während des Aufenthalts mit Vermieter. Schriftverkehr nur auf französisch.
