Worst experience ever I had in my all entire bookings

The bed was decent

There is no entrance , we enter through the back yard,, Was extremely difficult to found someone for check in Room was extremely cold 🥶, no English speakers There was a party all night up to 7 am and people tented to open our door several times,,, 100% avoid this place

Location, spacious.

I already wrote a description, but I forgot one important thing; The swimming pool in the picture is also a scam, as it cannot be used because it is private!!!!

Absolutely unacceptable experience! After receiving a confirmation for my reservation, I arrived on the scheduled day only to be told, “Sorry, we don’t have a room for you.” They offered no solution — no refund, no alternative hotel, nothing! I was left stranded and had to find another place to stay on my own. I also contacted Booking.com, but they did absolutely nothing to help. This is beyond disappointing — totally unprofessional and disrespectful to customers. Avoid this place at all costs!

not as advertised, bad security, not hot water, v dangerous roof terrace: avoid

It was clean

Very difficult to find, eventually host sent photos but no instructions given prior to that security felt very poor - no lock on the building just a key code on a temporary outer fence. We were given two separate rooms instead of one (as advertised) which made it difficult for our kids who normally sleep together in a room with us. That is what we had paid for No hot water in one of the rooms and problem with the flush on the toilet An extremely dangerous unguarded 1st floor terrace with a wall less than a foot high the building was partly still a building site, clearly it had been let out prior to being properly finished.

Building not easy to find and instructions unclear. Shared kitchen not clear from ad. Aircon didn’t work in room. One tiny pillow per guest. Building different on Google maps so deceiving. Construction ongoing. (one morning incredibly early) Ants in room!!

Everything. It was a shared apartment and not a Studio as per description. When asked for a refund, they refused. I was forced to stay in this place otherwise I would have lost the money. Booking staff didn’t help me to get the money back.

Чиста постільна білизна і зручне ліжко в номері, хоч зазначено що апартаменти. Є спільна кухня на якій можна готувати і деяке приладдя, ложок і тарілок може не бути, треба напевно просити.

Зазначена адреса не точна, потрібно заздалегідь домовлятись про заселення, відсутнє мило і миючі засоби, душову потрібно мити самому. Безкоштовний сніданок не сніданок! Дуже шумно, по ночах гулянки в сусідніх номерах, в день ремонт, так як комплекс не добудований.

Le calme et la propreté du bâtiment qui semble tout neuf, l'éclairage les meubles.

Je n'ai pas aimé le fait Il n'y ait aucun système d'accueil physique, pas de WiFi, impossible de faire plusieurs jours dans la pièce car il manque d'un micro-ondes qui ne coûte rien du tout . Une très belle chambre mais qui ne sert qu'à dormir...

Inacceptable. Nous demandons à être recontacté pour un remboursement partiel du séjour.

Les matériaux utilisés étaient de bonne qualité ; cependant, les finitions sont inexistantes (bouton de toilette non fixé, absence de joint à la porte de douche, fenêtres qui ne se verrouillent pas, aucune barrière pour sécuriser la terrasse).

Le ménage est révoltant : draps tachés de sang d’un précédent client (voir photo), aspirateur non passé sous les lits, rideau taché de brun (voir photo), parois de douche couvertes de calcaire et de taches. Suite à de très fortes nuisances sonores survenues lors d’une soirée pendant notre séjour, nous avons demandé à parler au responsable. Celui-ci a refusé de nous prendre en ligne et c’est la femme de ménage qui a dû faire l’intermédiaire. Nous avons ensuite tenté de le joindre par téléphone et par SMS ; notre réclamation est restée sans réponse. Manque de professionnalisme incontestable. Nous étions plusieurs logements à dormir à l’étage de la maison, et les propriétaires ont jugé opportun de louer l’étage inférieur à un groupe de jeunes fêtant un anniversaire. Tapage nocturne jusqu’à 4 h du matin ; les jeunes ont tenté, plusieurs fois, d’entrer dans nos chambres pendant que nous dormions. Le vigile a dû intervenir à plusieurs reprises, sans que la situation ne soit réellement réglée. Totalement inacceptable.

Um pesadelo

O quarto estava limpo e organizado

Peguei duas diárias começando no sábado e terminando na segunda .na primeira noite tudo passou bem , porém na segunda noite foi um pesadelo. pessoas que estavam hospedados ali um grupo de jovens ficaram fazendo muito barulho batendo portas gritando nos corredores fazendo orgia nos quartos , gemendo a noite inteira muito alto. eu liguei para o responsável para informar o que estava acontecendo e ele disse que não estava no local e os barulhos continuaram à noite inteira apenas consegui dormir eram 5h00 da manhã quando acordei de manhã para sair 11h00 da manhã estavam uma briga generalizada no corredor. Vi um funcionário do local lançando objetos em uma menina l e vi uma senhora de idade sendo agredida por outra mulher que estava no local. vi mais uma vez o funcionário lançar um cabo de vassoura de cima da janela para acertar uma menina que estava embaixo e uma confusão muito grande isso me deixou com muito medo peguei todas as minhas coisas e correndo pra fora do lugar. Se se você busca um local para descansar à noite não recomendo esse lugar pois a orgia e os barulhos que fazem durante a noite são insuportáveis. Além da cena de terror que vi pela manhã

Quando reservei o alojamento, dizia que tinha pequeno almoço incluído. Na verdade quando chegamos, foi nos dito que o pequeno almoço era uns muffin e café. Não se pode chamar a isso um pequeno almoço incluído. A propriedade em si fica um pouco aquém das expectativas. Parece uma moradia enorme com muitos quartos, mas que está em obras, que está por acabar. Um pouco confuso. Viajei com família e ficamos em vários quartos. Uns eram confortáveis e razoáveis, outros nem por isso. Havia quartos que nem dava para fechar a janela. Ficava a janela com uma brecha aberta a noite toda. Um outro quarto ficava no rés do chão virado para a frente da casa, que não tinha estores, apenas uns cortinados que não fechavam totalmente (se passasse alguém na rua via a pessoa a trocar de roupa por exemplo).

Tout etait bien sauf l’isolation du bruit qui a ruiné le séjour

Personnel sympa et grand studio

Réveillé par le personnel a 5h du matin qui gueule dans les couloirs car aucune isolation, et pas de petit déjeuner alors que c’était inclus dedans (il y avait seulement un café et un verre de jus d’orange)

Séjour satisfaisant

Le studio offre juste ce qu'il faut pour un séjour de vadrouille. La cuisine partagée est fonctionnelle et ce qui est mis à disposition est suffisant si l'on vient pour un séjour plutôt professionnel. La literie es bonne et ça c'est un véritable plus. Les indications données dans les messages donne l'accès facile et surtout il y a de la place pour se garer gratuitement. Nous avons été agréablement surprise car les draps et serviettes de toilette sont fournies alors que dans la descriptions ça n'est pas indiqué. Ce qui est dommage car nous aurions pu éviter de nous charger inutilement dans nos bagages.

Nous n'avons pas eu de chance pour la 3ème nuit car des personnes ont fait une grosse fiesta et notre studio donnait juste sous l'entrée. Nous n'avons donc pas vraiment dormi de la nuit. De plus, il y a eu vraiment un grand manque de respect vis à vis des locaux. Dommage, c'était pas de chance pour nous.

La porte fenêtre ne fermait pas complètement donc on avait beaucoup de bruit de circulation et un peu frais.
