Good apartment but some caution is needed

It was available at a really low price. The beds very very comfortable. Kitchen was very well equipped.

The apartment is managed by an agency and then there is booking.com, causing some confusion. It took us 30 mins, 2 calls and one whatsapp video to find the key box. There was a bit of disagreement when returning the deposit, but it all worked out in the end and full deposit was returned. Another notable point is that it takes a long time to find parking as there is no reserved parking spot. I could find one 400m away but then the next evening found another one about 150m away.

Preiswerte Unterkunft bei Paris

Die Wohnung liegt im 2. Stock eines Hochhauses aus den 1960er Jahren in Colombes bei Paris. Die Gegend ist sehr sauber und gepflegt, es gibt viele Hochhäuser, aber wir haben uns auch nachts nie unsicher gefühlt. Auch die Begegnungen mit Bewohnern in den Fluren und Aufzügen waren immer nett. Das Haus selbst ist etwas heruntergekommen und die Wohnung v. a. die Flure eng - wie man halt in den 60er Jahren gebaut hat, aber sauber und ordentlich. Man darf halt keinen Neubau erwarten! Es war etwas schwierig, nach der Ankunft den richtigen Schlüsselkasten zu finden, ein Video, das uns auf Anfrage zugeschickt wurde, hat dann geholfen. Die Bushaltestelle ist ca. 2 Fußminuten vom Haus entfernt, die Metrostation 15 Minuten (wir sind immer dorthin gelaufen), Aldi und Apotheke 5 Minuten Fußweg, der Intermarché, der länger aufhat, ist neben der Metrostation. Nach Paris hinein brauchten wir ca. 40 Minuten mit der Metro. Für uns hat die Wohnung gut gepasst, der Preis war gut, wir haben gut geschlafen, Rückfragen wurden zeitnah beantwortet und die Kaution war innerhalb einer Woche zurück auf meinem Konto.

Die Spülmaschine läuft zwar, aber reinigt nicht richtig, wir haben dann mit der Hand nachgespült. Kleinigkeiten könnten repariert werden - z. b. die Verriegelung von der Toilette fiel immer wieder ab... (Aber: Licht an = Toilette besetzt).

Okolica w porządku, apartament duży, wszystko co potrzeba dostępne. Jesteśmy bardzo zadowoleni :)

Bardzo fajna opcja na wypad z większą ilością osób, ponieważ apartament pomieści 9 osób i tak są przygotowane łóżka. Pościel świeża, dla każdego czyste ręczniki. Apartament znajduje się w wysokim bloku, mieści się na drugim piętrze, wjazd windą. W apartamencie, dostępne wszystkie niezbędne urządzenia: czajnik, kuchenka mikrofalowa, piekarnik, pralka, toster, expres przelewowy do kawy, suszarki do włosów, a nawet prostownica w jednej łazience. Okolica w naszej ocenie spokojna, byliśmy tam z dziećmi, plac zabaw przed blokiem, więc czuliśmy się tam jak mieszkańcy korzystający z codziennych udogodnień. Do metra jakieś 15 min spacerkiem, ale dosłownie na przeciw naszego apartamentu jest przystanek autobusowy, więc nie raz korzystaliśmy z tej opcji żeby dojechać do metra. 5 min od apartamentu jest ALDI więc też łatwość jeśli chodzi o zakupy. Nie jest to apartament w samym centrum ale mieści się w strefie 1-3 więc też jeśli dla kogoś ważne są bilety w tej pierwszej strefie to jeszcze się można załapać :) Ogólnie jesteśmy bardzo zadowoleni, bo niczego nam nie brakowało. Stosunek ceny do jakości uważam za naprawdę bardzo dobry

Apartament może nie jest świeżo wyremontowany i ma parę rzeczy do naprawienia, bo widać że nie jest on najnowszy, ale to tak naprawdę kwestia tego co kto oczekuje. Dla nas najważniejsze że było czysto, świeże pościele i ręczniki i w sumie nie mam tak naprawdę żadnych uwag
