Door access code was not sent on day of arrival. Called the contact number shown for the property but person stated that he had nothing to do with it. He told us we had to call another number (in UK) who did not respond. Back to the person who "had nothing to do with this". Took about an hour to finally get the code. We were informed that we were free to cancel the booking when standing in Paris with our bags at 8pm ! No refund would apply.
Barely any kitchen utensils in the apartment and part of them dirty from the previous guest. Bought a set of utensils, glassware and bowls to use during the stay.
The tap of the bathroom sink was dangling loose and hanging in the sink and shower sliding door stuck; fixed the tap and and put the shower door back in its rails.
Other than that, all was good.

Emplacement parfait pour moi car à côté du bureau et de la gare. bon équipement, chambre et salle de bain très bien.
Appartement au 1er étage donc on entendait le bruit de la rue. Le jour de mon séjour il faisait très chaud dans l'appartement et je n'ai pas pu régler le chauffage.

the independence in coming and going
There was a foul odor coming through the pîpes the whole time I was there, except for one room (They kept switching me rooms every time I extended my stay)
