The bed

Cold shower. No hot water. Smell. Flies. No cups even though they had a coffee machine. Didn’t send access code in advance, called designated number, guy on the phone told me I had t paid which I had. Refused to help. Took many calls and messages and finally I got the access code. Stood outside in the pouring rain the whole time. At 2230 at night!

Good space. Modern apartment.

We had NO hot water for our whole 3 night stay. No communication from the owner besides “we are working on it” once and then nothing after that. No replies to further emails regarding the hot water. Really really disappointing stay because of this.

Very spacious apartment, bright with great location ( 2 minutes from train station). Quiet and safe neighborhood.

Sewage system is not working properly. Noticeable smell coming from the shower cabin. Incomplete cutlery set and lack of basic cleaning products for everyday use (cleaning spray, cleaning cloths).

I liked the area of the apartment because it’s in front of the station ( Bacon ). I liked the shower.

The staff is not there and does not help you remotely. The term cleaning doesn’t exist in the vocabulary of Vignature Résidence.

The location was great. Le Rallye is a great little local cafe for breakfast or drinks late. Aurelian Cohen is a great pastry bakery. I wish I knew how to use the trains because the station is right there. Spent way too much on Uber. It’s about 30 euro to get in and out of the main part of Paris by Uber. It probably evens out thought because the train was 5-8 euro and there were 4 of us

Funky fish smell in the area between the two rooms. Master bed mattress was super firm. Had to buy extra toilet paper.

Convenient location - near the station, to the center of Paris no more than 30 minutes. Nearby there are shops and cafes, you can have lunch and buy croissants. The apartments are clean, there is a coffee machine

Broken sofa - cannot accommodate more than 2 people. The unfolded sofa fell apart at night. Usually apartments have at least 1 bottle of drinking water and a few coffee capsules, there was nothing. It would be great if the landlord got in touch to quickly resolve issues

Thoroughly enjoyable. Surpassed my expectations. Will return when I next visit Paris.

The location was as described: in a quiet street some 4 - 5 miles from the centre of Paris. Local shops were excellent, with a plentiful choice of supermarkets and boulangeries within the immediate vicinity (i.e. within a 2 - 3 minute walk). A decent bar is also located a stone's throw away - not rowdy, and a very pleasant place to spend time drinking. A train station (which you couldn't hear from the apartment) is a 30 second walk away. Accessing the centre of Paris by public transport was very simple and inexpensive.

Nothing to report - the apartment was in excellent condition, along with the furnishing and fittings. The only possible negative that springs to mind (which didn't affect me because I came well prepared) was the absence of a washing machine. Those staying for more than a week might find this inconvenient.

It's ok for the money but don't expect anything decent.

In the add was mentioned that they don't have internet but upon arrival we discovered that they did provide wi-fi connection. It was a pleasant bonus.

Where to start? The washing machine that was clearly stated in the add wasn't there. When I messaged to them - nobody replied. The sofa-bed had not-so-clean bedding. Staff is rude and unresponsive which was the worse part. They refused to hold our luggage for a few hours or let us in a few hours earlier and did it very rudely.

Aside from it's proximity to the Train Station nothing else was worth the time here. Taxis or Uber find it difficult to locate the place.

The elevator is a shack-hole. Barely could fit two luggages. Not to mention two grown ups with their luggages. They expect you to understand and bear with them. But they would not make considerations for your well-being while there. The staff was horrible. Had no regard for the comfort and wellbeing for out of country travellers. There was no one to talk to upon arrival. They stuck to their 3 p.m. arrival time and would not answer your calls either till midday. I was completely stranded at the mercy of the Uber driver that brought me from the airport. You cannot check in till 3 p.m. I arrived at 0900 a.m. and was outside for 6 hours at a cafe all alone with my luggages. This is inspite of previous messages (that they never responded to) informing the management I will be arriving earlier. They insisted on you sending an ID and a photo of your credit card. Else you won't be getting the information required for check in. More inconveniencing is that you must check out at 11.00 a m. No room for bargaining. Sadly, aside from mixed messages from the staff, there were used towels in the bedroom that was left lying around in the wardrobe. This place should not be on booking.com. it's a mess. Hotel or Guesthouses should be able to accommodate multi languages. This place is very poor on communication with guests. If you do not speak French you are on your own or at the mercy of a local translator. I fell sick as a result of the stress encountered on this trip and the incompetence of the staff, and their inconsiderate policies for guests. Skip this hotel or residence if it pops up on your booking.com radar!

Design, location And the woman on the phone. When she picks up, she tries to do something and she was the only one that helped (but at the last evening)

In order to open the apartment and building a code was given. This code DIDN'T work for the building. The staff was ignoring the problem, making useless actions like asking millions of questions about my info (even though all that info is in booking.com) or "we will call the technician and he will call you later" and he never called. The man on the phone was exceptionally bad. He didn't help at all and was just pretending to work on the problem, always asking if I am at a right building or if I put the code correctly. Several times they didn't pick up the phone call (when we needed to enter the building at midnight), they didn't reply in booking.com messages. So overall we were waiting until some random person will come in/out of the hotel so we can get in. At least the code worked for the apartment. The cleanliness was bad. The towels, sheets, curtains, couch were with brown-red stains, it stinked from the sink in the bathroom.

House super clean and charming. Check-in process was simple and easy, enough details were provided for that. Good location for walking around.

Superb

Not super central, but in a really nice neighbourhood without any other tourists. It was nice to get a break from the busy city centre and be surrounded by locals. There are shops, restaurants, bakeries, and bars all within walking distance. But most of them closed before 10pm. Good value for money for Paris The apartment is comfortable, modern, and airy

It takes at least 30 minutes to get to central Paris. We didn't mind this trade-off. The kitchen is a bit small and lacks utensils to cook proper meals, but it is fine for easy meals.

La propreté du canapé, des tâches sur les rideaux. Négligence des locataires peu soigneux probablement. La porte d'entrée qui avait du jeu sur la gâche électrique.

Bien dans l'ensemble à part quelques améliorations à consentir.

L'appartement est bien situé (proche de la gare) et est assez spacieux. La cafetière est également un plus sans oublier le chauffage qui passe bien.

Le canapé qui était cassé et peu de commodités (pas de sachet poubelle de rechange, pas de sèche vaisselle). Il est utile de songer aux voyageurs qui partent de loin et qui arrivent en matinée. Au moins donner la possibilité de laisser les bagages avant midi ou de vite intégrer l'appartement. 15h c'est assez loin.

Très mauvaise expérience .Le hall d entrée était délabré : digicode abimé, porte en mauvaise état, de marche , poubelles et odeurs nauséabondes des l 'arrivée pres de l'ascenseur . l'appartement bien que récemment rénové, est déja en mauvaise état: murs sales et abimés, canape taché et sans accoudoirs , rideaux moisis , literie inconfortable sans alèse , draps et serviettes grisâtres . Les TV n avait pas de télécommandes. L'entretien général est clairement négligé, ce qui ne correspond absolument pas au prix payé . La porte du logement ne pouvait pas se fermer à clé de l’intérieur. La serrure était endommagée et la porte s’ouvrait sans faire le code. Logement sale. Un câble électrique dénudé dans la salle de bain. Moisissures dans les placards. Odeur très forte de tabac…

Les équipements du séjour sont délabré. Le canapé bras cassé, avec des tâches. Des trasses de brûlés sur la table a manger. Il ya des remonté de canalisation qui empeste toute la maison.

L'agencement, la climatisation, l'espace, les rangements, la salle de bain assez grande et la douche à l'italienne très spacieuse. La proximité avec les transports commun. Le calme.

Ascenseur en panne à notre arrivée . 6 étages. Pas de linge de maison, pas assez de serviettes de toilette seulement pour 2 alors que nous étions 4 personnes, pas de lave linge ni de bureau comme indiqué dans le descriptif. Une seuel télécommande pour 2 téléviseurs. Pas de balai, ni d'aspirateur, ni de produits ménagers.

Aria condizionata, posizione vicino alla stazione, quartiere molto carino e tranquillo, senza rumori notturni, check in facile, struttura rinnovata da poco, pavimenti e bagno ben puliti.

Pur essendo rinnovata da poco ha qualche difetto, il calorifero della camera tendeva a cadere. Muri macchiati, esterno degli armadi macchiati, divano letto macchiato.
