It has a cozy vibe and it is well connected. You can reach the center of the city in ~45 minutes by bus.
The area is also nice, quiet and pleasant. The bathroom is very spatious, there is hor water and good pressure. Fully equiped kitchen and a nice dining table in the living room.
None of the beds was confortable, but especially the sofa bed in the living room was highly uncomfortable. The property could invest more in this since it is advertised for 4 people and that bed is used for sleeping. The flat is also not well insulated, we could hear all the noise from the outside. If you cannot sleep with earplugs this migh be a dealbreaker. Three other minor incoveniences: a bit of mold, a slightly unpleasant smell and doorknobs were not fixed properly

L’appartement est comme sur les photos. Tous les équipements nécessaires sont disponibles.
Le seul point négatif est qu’il y a une odeur d’égouts dans l’appartement et que le parquet est très ancien et fait du bruit. Finalement on ressent de la poussière dans l’appartement et surtout sur le canapé et les draps
