Highly recommend for a nice stay

The place was very clean and smelled good. Very close to many shops and local restaurants and a close store near by . Overall good location 18 min train from downtown The place was a great stay great for a three day trip The host was very quick and responsive which is a big plus

It’s quite small but that’s Paris I wouldn’t fit in more than people here as it’s a bit tight

La propreté, la proximité avec les transports, l accueil du propriétaire!

Je suggère que des rideaux soient mis aux fenêtres, que le lit soit du côté de la télé, et la télé à la place du lit pour réduire le bruit de l eau qui s écoule dans les tuyaux, que des anti dérapants soient mis sur les escaliers pour éviter une glissade! Que le canapé lit du bas sois orienté face a la télé du bas pour un meilleur agencement !

Nad ranem było słychać jadące pociągi oraz lejącą wodę w pionie. Na dole malutka toaleta a na górze w sypialni prysznic. Ogólnie spełniło nasze oczekiwania. Super apartament..

Séjour très agréable dans un appartement fonctionnel et bien situé, parfait pour une escapade proche de Paris.

Petit appartement sympa et fonctionnel, avec un duplex agréable et bien aménagé. L’emplacement est pratique, pas trop loin de Paris, et très simple d’accès. Gros plus : il reste bien frais, ce qui est très appréciable en période de fortes chaleurs.

L’appartement manque un peu de luminosité, ce qui peut être un peu moins agréable en journée. (Ce n’est qu’un détail)

Confortable et Idéalement situé mais bruyant

L’amabilité et la réactivité de la conciergerie gérant l’appartement. L’accès par le rez de chaussée (étant véhiculé d’une petite trottinette cela m’évite d’avoir à la monter dans les étages). La propreté immaculée des lieux. Le confort global de l’appartement, agréable et moderne. La localisation : très bien situé (bien que trop proche des trains) Les produits de toilette fournis avec la location (un vrai +)

Les volets ne pouvaient pas être ouverts pendant mon séjour car des échafaudages bloquaient les fenêtres pour effectuer des travaux sur la façade extérieure. Mais le propriétaire a fait preuve de compréhension en dédommageant pour la gêne. Geste très apprécié. Aucun rideau ni même voilage (très dommage pour un appartement en rez de chaussée). Un sèche cheveux aurait été apprécié L’isolation générale de l’appartement, on entend tout comme si c’était dans l’appartement (des voisins, aux passages multiples par la porte d’entrée de la résidence qui claque et jusqu’aux trains qui ne sont pas très loin). Il ne faut pas être dormeur léger sinon impossible de s’endormir (heureusement ce n’est pas mon cas).
