nothing, the host spoke perfect english and said to only contact him via text as he did not speak english.
everything, property stank, not clean, shower did not work, towels worn and not clean. left first thing in the morning after 1 night.

Spacious rooms, wonderful classical furniture, quite kind owner, calm environment. Tram and RER stations are within 5-10m walking distances; it is easy to go to the center of city. The near public garden is fanteristic. Ideal place for those people who want to enjoy Paris in a calm and peaceful environment.
