Get charged for everything avoid !!!!

We clean all apartament and we get changed 30 £ for cleaning We put all dishes to dishwasher cleaner just had to start and we left all the trash in bin bags becouse we didn’t find a outside bins

A safe place very close to metro.

Everything was fine. The host was highly responsive.

There was a power outage for more than 3-4 hrs but the host managed to restore it.

Great location and spacious apartment.

Location of this property is great, within couple of minutes of walking distance from train station. Spacious, nicely decorated apartment.

There were some WiFi issues which was sorted and compensated by the stuff. Noticed some mosquitoes around, worth keeping some repellents handy.

Wonderful

CAOPEO was a wonderful stay for us as a Family of 7. What we liked the most was that it was very secure and a safe place to live in. There was the main gate key code, building key code, then finally a lock box for the key to beep the key to get in the floors, then a key to access our room. This place had everything we needed! We stayed around mid August and they had Dyson fans and vaccuum which are powerful appliances to have especially the Dyson fan as it was hot and we've been disappointed in our previous stays with the lack of AC, so this was great which makes sense for the secure deposit that they ask for which then got returned back to us once our stay ended. They also had Netflix on their huge living room TV, a washing machine, dryer, all kitchen appliances including a microwave, kettle, coffee machine, they even had a euro plug converter! It was also near convenience stores that allowed us to make homemade breakfast together in this place. We were also close to the metro which we took once, and it was easy to get an Uber during the day. We had no baby for this stay but they also had a high chair provided. The design of the place gave a really calm and comfy vibe, it was clean, sleek, intimate, and well thought of :) We really enjoyed our stay :D

Initially it was hard to turn the keys to open our door but we got there in the end :) There was also a cupboard and a storebox full of things perhaps that could be kept better ? It was hard to find an Uber at dawn so maybe watch out for that and plan in advance.

the terrace was in no shape, no trashbins for a property that asks segregation of waste. shower is ”slow”…

Expensive for what you get

Location was great. Also instructions to enter the apartment were clear.

It was not super clean if you think about the price we paid. Also check out was already at 10:00 and standard check in time at 16:00. It was also not clear that an amount of 500 euros was blocked on your credit cars for the deposit. I expected more to be honest…

Spacious, spotless, and well-equipped apartment in a great location near public transport!

I had a great stay at this apartment! It’s very comfortable, spotlessly clean, and fully equipped with everything you might need. The space is quite spacious, and the kitchen utensils are of great quality — perfect for cooking during your stay. The location is also excellent, with easy access to amenities, as well as both the metro and train stations nearby. I would definitely recommend it!

The only point I would suggest clarifying is the information about the security deposit. For travelers, it's helpful to plan ahead, and while the policy states the deposit will not be debited, in practice it is temporarily charged upfront and held until it is released by the merchant. I completely understand the need for this process, and in my case, the deposit was returned successfully without any issues. I just wanted to share this feedback in case it helps improve clarity for future guests.

A very comfortable apartment that has everything. I especially liked the balcony. The house has an elevator, the house is new and clean!

We ask the apartment owner to leave the garage remote control along with the apartment keys in the box! It’s very inconvenient to go to the apartment to get the remote control when you need to leave the car on the road, blocking traffic for others!

Even it is placed in a quiet area in this period there are working in progress just nearby at a new metro line and was noisy during mornings. Inside property some renovations are nedded in bathrooms.

La situation géographique pour visiter Paris grâce a la ligne 14 toute proche et pour accéder à pied au stade de France La propreté et le confort de l’établissement. Pas de ménage à faire. Draps et serviettes fournis ainsi qu’un kit de toilette très apprécié. L’entrée en toute autonomie et la place de parking inclus dans le prix Le design et la décoration de l’appartement

Fijne uitvalsbasis voor paar dagen Parijs wanneer je met de auto komt

Fijne uitvalsbasis voor een paar daagjes Parijs, buiten de drukte van de stad maar slechts 10-15 minuten lopen van 2 metrolijnen die je binnen een half uur in hartje Parijs brengen en ook een supermarkt om de hoek. Met eigen parkeergelegenheid in een garage onder het gebouw. Mooi ingericht, 1 grote en 2 kleinere slaapkamers, ruim balkon, van alle gemakken voorziene keuken. Heldere instructies via filmpjes over hoe in- en uit te checken, hoe te parkeren, waar de vuilnis te laten, etc. Fijn contact via WhatsApp met de eigenaar bij vraagjes. Wij hebben er een prima tijd gehad.

Enige kritiekpuntjes: - instructies over aankomst en vertrek met auto kunnen duidelijker (eerst auto tijdelijk in de straat parkeren om in het appartement de bediening voor de garagedeuren op te halen, en bij vertrek zelfde procedure, dus eerst auto met bediening uit de garage rijden en langs de straat parkeren terwijl je de sleutels in levert) - regendouche heeft te weinig druk waardoor het er karig uitziet, maar douchen gaat op zich wel prima

Apartman sa nachadza v blizkosti krasnej novej stanici metra. Dostupnost metrom pripadne kombinaciou vlak - metro je pohodlna. Ubytovanie je v dobrej tichej stvrti. Vsetkym sa nam dobre spalo. Blizke potraviny nam pomohli jednoducho poriesit ranajky ktore sme si uzivali na apartmane. Komunikacia s majitelkou bola velmi dobra a mali sme pocit ze v pripade problemov sa mame na koho obratit.

Drobnosti ktore by pomohli este vylepsit celkovy dojem. Opravit sprchu, zopar tabliet do umyvacky riadu tak isto jar na umyvanie riadu bolo by prijemne mat pripravene napln do kavovaru a cukor, hlbkove vycistenie kupelne ale su to len drobnosti ktore by pomohli k dokonalosti.

Het appartement is ruim en ligt vlakbij een RER-station. Het is daarmee een ideale uitvalsbasis voor een meerdaags bezoek aan Parijs. Het appartement is netjes ingericht en alles is aanwezig.

Ons was een parkeerplaats onder het appartementencomplex beloofd. Uiteindelijk bleek dat we illegaal hebben geparkeerd bij de buren. Het verkrijgen van de sleutel was een hele puzzeltocht. Het is eigenlijk noodzakelijk om de youtube-video te bekijken die wordt toegezonden.
