I liked the spot-near food shops, metro stations. Big apartment for family.

I did not get information how to get to in apartment (a day before) as they said. Check in should have been after 4pm. They did not react that I would like to be earlier. My messages were just ignored. To get a key was 1 hour of journey. Because cleaner did not finished to clean an apartment and did not put the key there it should be (an apartment was not so clean, floor was dirty, some materials was dropped on the floor too). In general, hole apartment was so unwelcomed. Looks like personal was not ready to accept people here for 4nights. For 4 adults, we get just 2 beds with beddings, sheets. For 4 adults, we get just 2 slippers. Glasses and dishes were dirty and not clean. Hole home looked like that someone just left an apartment and some stuff was taken out, and some stuff just left with us. An apartment was too cold. Very wet. From personal we did not get any help - heater, blankets and so on. From information it was mentioned that coffee capsules, shower gel are not included in the price, but we did not get any capsules or shower gel. There was not any elementary soap. As we paid 1000€ for 4nights, for 4adults and one baby, I think it was too expensive, too unwelcome place. HIGHLY NOT RECOMMEND IT!

A comfortable and clean apartment with good communication from the host. Would recommend.

No problems at all. You pick up the keys at a different address around the corner, but the instructions were clear so no drama there.

Cosy duplex apartment

Spacious apartment , 5-10 minutes to the metro stations , some nice restaurants along the canal ,10 minutes walk away. Clear concise instructions for self check in. Good facilities within the apartment, everything you would need for a longer stay.

I couldn't find an ironing board.

Le jeu de piste pour accéder à l appartement. Pas de volets dans les chambres et le départ ou on est obligé de sortir du parking et de remonter poser les clefs. On oublie de nous dire qu il régler en plus 60 euros de taxe de séjour

Фотографии полностью совпадают. Верхний этаж на входе: салон, кухня, туалет, балконы. Вниз спуск в две спальни и ванную. Есть кофемашина, тостер, полностью оборудованная кухня. Матрас не жесткий, мне было комфортно, мужу очень плохо, но это чисто его индивидуальность спины. Лифт, парковка, закрытая зона подъезда. В 6-9 минутах метро и поезда. Автобус под домом.

Не было средств для ванной, кроме мыла. Полотенца были! Стиральная машинка и сушилка работают отлично. Но нет стирального порошка, Геля для душа и шампуней. Нет кофе/чая/сахара и прочее. Только если предыдущие гости что-то не оставят. Между комнатами шумоизоляция плохая, но нам не сильно мешало.

Apartment Top - Kommunikation Flop!

Das Apartement war sehr schön, sauber und super ausgestattet. Die Fotos entsprechen der Realität. Supermarkt, Bäckerei und Metrostation liegen direkt um die Ecke. Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt. Das Apartement hätte auf jeden Fall 9 Punkte verdient, wenn da nicht die Probleme bei der Anreise bzw. beim Check In gewesen wären.

Um an die Schlüssel zu kommen, musste erst eine Schnitzeljagd absolviert werden. Die Anreiseinfos zum Check In kamen erst etwa eine Stunde vor unserer Ankunft. Wenn man mit dem Auto anreist und die Infos erst bekommt, wenn man bereits mitten in Paris ist, ist das wirklich herausfordernd. Am Straßenrand anzuhalten, um seitenweise Anleitung zum Schlüssel zu lesen und noch aus dem franz. übersetzen zu müssen, ist im Pariser Verkehrsnetz kein Zuckerschlecken. Der Schlüssel musste bei einer anderen Adresse als der Wohnadresse abgeholt werden. Diese Adresse hätte im Vorfeld bereits übermittelt werden können, um sie direkt ins Navi eingeben zu können. Mit 2 Türcodes und weiteren Erläuterungen fanden wir endlich den Schlüssel. Zurück an der Unterkunft und nach Einfahrt ins Parkhaus mussten wir dann feststellen, dass uns keine Infos zum Stockwerk oder der Nummer des Apartements vorlagen. Es gab ein Foto von der Wohnungstür mit einem Löwen als Türdeko. Toll bei 10 Etagen mit gefühlt 60 - 80 Wohneinheiten. Vermieter war telefonisch nicht erreichbar und antwortete nicht auf whats app. Also jede Etage abgesucht nach der Tür mit der Löwendeko. Die Info, Apartment liegt auf der 6. Etage, nach Verlassen des Aufzugs rechter Flur, wäre doch hilfreich gewesen. Stress pur! Von Erstankunft bei der Wohnadresse bis zum Betreten der Wohnung sind 1,5 Stunden vergangen. Meine Anfrage, ob wir am Abreisetag das Auto noch etwas länger im Parkhaus lassen können, blieb bis heute unbeantwortet. Stattdessen wurde ein automatisiertes Regelwerk zum Check Out gesendet, das uns auf unsere Pflichten hinwies. Die Kommunikation war aus unserer Sicht katastrophal, unprofessionell und hat Stress verursacht. Dafür 3 Punkte Abzug!!!

Supertop!!!

Lokatie top, vlakbij de metro. Huis netjes, comfortabel en gezellig. Lekkere bedden, fris beddengoed, fijn om een bad in de badkamer te hebben en wasmachine en droger om iets snel te kunnen wassen. Gratis en veilig parkeren.

In eerste instantie niet helemaal duidelijk hoe het moest met parkeren en de sleutels. Maar de eigenaar kwam naar ons toe en heeft het top opgelost. Heel vriendelijk ook!
