Was fine but a tad disappointing

Had everything we needed, two bathrooms & comfy beds

Someone came into our apartment and left a tape measure on the bed while we were out, without notice or our consent. Also the lift was very small and no good for luggage or kids.

Good but can improve

Clean and comfortable apartment for 6 people. Location is easy to reach via public transportation but it is quite far from main attractions, but not a deal breaker for our group since is manageable.

The keys must be picked up at a convenience store a few minutes walk from the property. In addition to the inconvenience of having to go to a different location than the accommodation, you have to depend on the store's opening hours, which makes it very inconvenient. On the other hand, check-out time is at 10 a.m., but the store where you have to return the key opens at 10:30 a.m., which means that if you need to leave the accommodation early in the morning, you can't because there is no way for someone to receive the keys before 10:30 a.m. This is something that can be easily fixed and would definitely help improve the quality of the stay.

My stay was great. I lke the neighbourhood. I will definety recommend this to my friends

It was clean. It has all lyxury. Everything you need in the kitchen. The 2 bedrooms was great. There were more than enough towels… fantastic

The stairway to th appartment was very dark at night. No lights A second thing was that the people at the store where i had to pick up they keys were not friendly. When i asked them hiw to get ftom the store to the appartment their answer was very short: « we dont know. We just havevto handiver the keys »

Great apartment!! not so great customer service experience.

The apartment and the area was perfect for the six nights we stayed. The apartment was very clean and had everything we needed. There was a supermarket nearby and it was also accessible to two metro stations

On our first day, there was a significant delay to checking in after a long day travelling. It would not have been so bad if the customer service tried to solve the problem quickly. We needed to pick up the keys to the apartment from a given location with a code sent via email link. The code was missing from the communication, and it took a two hour back and forth calling to finally get a new code provided to collect the keys

As expected, check in hour too late

The accommodation was as expected. Clean, bed comfy, enough space for 4 adults and 2 kids. Close to metro station. The only thing I would have changed was to have a check in earlier the 4PM. We knew from the start that for earlier check in there is a fee (quite high for a check in at 1PM for example). Based on this experience, in the future, this alone will be reason enough to not choose accommodations with late check in.

Shower, looked forward to getting home to shower that didn’t flood the bathroom every time its used. Walls are wafer thin, advertising as sound proof is little short of joke. Two bedroom apartment, yet only one key was available, meaning had to be joined at the hip with travelling colleague or had to wake them up to gain access. TV’s don’t work properly and had to buy batteries for the remotes. Over priced for the standard of accommodation.

It was ok, the access to the building and communication to the agent should have been better.

The apartment was clean and we'll equiped to facilitate the family, the children were comfortable and enjoyed the stay.

The access to the building was very horrible,we had to wait about one hour as the second door to the building was unable to open. This definitely needs to be improved. I think that someone should have been there to welcome us and give us the keys.

The apartment facilities were excellent but gaining access to the unit is too complicated.

Just beside the supermarket and a 5 minute walk to the Metro and bus stops. Place is immaculately clean and spacious.

We arrived at the property at 11pm. There were 4 doors that needed to be accessed by different codes before you can enter the unit: 1. the building entrance door, 2. the door leading up the stairs, 2. the door to the hallway of the unit and finally, 4. the door to the apartment. To open the 2nd door you need an Fob which was still inside the apartment. Alternatively, you can open it with a button in the link provided, but the link was inaccessible when we arrived. Fortunately someone entered the building so we were able to go past the 2nd door with him. But then the code to the apartment didn’t work so we had to call the provider CMG or “call my guest” to give us a new code. It took around 15 minutes before someone answered our call. Apparently the room code is changed everyday so the initial code provided in the email is not necessarily the code when you arrive. We appreciate the security concerns of the provider but this is a bit extreme! its like entering the security vault of a bank.

could not enter the building at first entry because you needed to be buzzed in. had to be let in by a resident. There was a sign up that said not to bother residents so this seems to be a regular problem. Did not notify that you had to take stairs to the apartment. It is not on ground level. wifi did not work. pillows had stains on them. walks were scuffed.
