Very relaxing quiet and calm. Definitely would stay again

It was nice clean for the most part.

The hot tub could have been a bit more cleaner they was small amounts of dirt noticeable after the bubbles and water were added.

Left the day I checked in and had reserved it for 3 days

It looked fine with ok ratings but it was not

Uncomfortable room with wires hanging on bed to make it uncomfortable to sleep. Room smelled humid and old.

Nothing was dirty and staff was rude I asked for none smoking and she told me no smoking the room was horrible and nothing worked Blood on bed hard bed website says fridge and microwave but not microwave was told smoking rooms don't have one because people ruin them so I wasre judged from the start rooms around me where loud and slamming doors horrible and when telling staff I was treated with disrespect

I stayed there for a week. I asked the staff if they could vacuum my room after being there 3 days. I ended up vacuuming the room myself also the house keeping staff went into my room without me being there.

The location and the shower.

The carpet was dirty and smelled like mold, I had to buy a spray for the carpet and for the flying insects. I told the manager about it. There was No coffee pot!

the only ice machine was not working. the carpet was very dirty. the grab handle for the bath tub was coming off and the bath tub was very slippery with no rubber mat. my partner actually slipped and fell.

Bed was VERY VERY HARD. Felt like laying on solid wood. Sheets ans blankets were very dirty. Ciggeret burns. Ciggeret smells. Carpet not vaccumed good. Only 1 trash can.
