Slipped and fell in shower and reported to office they said and did nothing for me or make a report , I went to hospital and found I had a concussion.
Slippery shower they need floor mats to prevent people from falling ..

Location was prime close to freeway stores restaurants airport mountains casinos ect
Room was outdated heavy wear and tear... immediately after checking in there was fraudulent activity on the same brand new credit card I used

Easy to find my room and easy to navigate tv system. Clean and well maintained property.
Location is between Inn n Out and Arco/ Tommy’s so it was hard to just enter the property as the line from Next door was blocking the drive way .

Easy check in check out to the unit great location with plenty of food. Options needs to supply better with shampoo, body soap. Complementary breakfast was not supplied or closed down too early checked out at 9 AM and there was nothing.
Complementary breakfast was not served or close too early. Front door was broken.
Need to supply better bedroom pillows
