Stay was good love the Cable TV and bed was very comfortable.

Easy check in check out to the unit great location with plenty of food. Options needs to supply better with shampoo, body soap. Complementary breakfast was not supplied or closed down too early checked out at 9 AM and there was nothing.

The location was the only thing good at the end of the night (40 min) after checking in. I left due to infestation of cockroaches! Big ones!

Good prices during the week but need to fix shower floor.

Slipped and fell in shower and reported to office they said and did nothing for me or make a report , I went to hospital and found I had a concussion.

He kept my $20 deposit just cuz I had my minor child with me he made us feel very uncomfortable the whole time and the place was dirty the floor wasn't even clean there was a roach crawling on our bread and he hassled us until we checked out even though it was early

Easy to find my room and easy to navigate tv system. Clean and well maintained property.

Location is between Inn n Out and Arco/ Tommy’s so it was hard to just enter the property as the line from Next door was blocking the drive way .

Not much. It was right off the highway and the AC worked.

No fitted sheet on the bed so one can choose between the stained mattress or the comforter which we know is not often cleaned. The light switches were broken. The remote for the TV was broken. The towels were stained. I've stayed in many hotels and this one was the worst I've stayed in. It was the cheapest in town and was overpriced.

DO NOT STAY HERE!! IT IS DISGUSTING LIKE SLEEPING ON THE STREETS

I checked in approx 3am from a business trip and this place was ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTINGLY DIRTY!! The room smelled like urine, bedspreads were filthy, rug filthy, walls so dirty. I just just could not stay in such filth I immediately left. I know I should have went back into the office to demand a refund but didn’t want to wake them back up at 4AM. Had to drive an hour back home try to get sleep to make it back to Ontario to work by 10AM. I called this morning to advise them I immediately left the room and the lady yelled at me and would not refund my $$. I booked my room on here and was charged more when I arrived. My next call will be to the health dept because this place is DISGUSTING and a Health Hazard.

The worst stay if my life

Nothing. They had very bad temperament. Very disrespectful staff. Unclean restrooms with used condom left behind head board. Ac unit made hi pitch sound, barely got any rest. Terrible lighting because of missing light bulbs. Nothing was pleasant here, I will never return.

Overall, because of their location we’ll probably return next year.

The location was convenient to where we need to be.

Out-dated facilities. Their TV controller was not working. We had to do things manually. The bathroom shower curtain was stained. We also didn’t have a bucket for ice, and we had to pay to get ice from their machine. Getting in and out of the complex was a bit challenging due to the long line from the Burger place right next to them, with customers blocking the entrance.
