Chino Motel

The rear parking is far from the hotel. Guy walked into the lobby (I thought he might be a guest) I drove away to get food, on my return, he was standing under the stairs to the room. I avoided him by going around. 1st room had a phone handset that had the cord ripped out and the tv remote that didn't work. - not being able to call the front desk, I walked the items to the front desk, after the receptionist tried different batteries to no avail, I asked for a different room. She agreed. I feel that the room phone not working is a danger in case of an emergency. Guy hanging around, remember? 2nd room, it got worse; there was no phone at all. It was dirty, chairs are very wobbly and the one I sat on to eat felt like it was going to fall apart, the left armrest did come off from the front peg! 3 out of 5 towels were had holes. One had possible blood stains that looked like the wash didn't remove it. The bed also had splatter, not sure what it is. The walls are all dirty including the cooling unit which has like chocolate or blood stains all over. The restroom door is splitting from the bottom. The safety handle inside the bathtub wall is only hanging on by one side, that's also a danger for someone who needs it and can get hurt since it's not attached on one side. The shower curtain is also hanging on by a 'thread" causing the curtain to slide down allowing the shower water out to the little round toilet and floor. There was no iron nor tissues. I canceled my stay ... customer service is awful they wont answer thier calls I dont recommend this place to anyone.

You don't even get what you pay for. I've been here a handful of times and its always the exact same.The owner/manager dude is so unbelievably unprofessional and rude. To the guest, the staff... Rooms are dirty and walls are filled with holes and everything is in desperate need of an upgrade. Don't waste your time or money here. Motel 6 is the same price right across the street

Do not come here! Literally had bed bugs, stains on every wall, dirty towels, just AWFUL. I have no idea how this place has high reviews, and I'm no Karen or critical person. But damn, this place should really get renovated and cleaned out. Jesus.

The staff/owners are always rude. I stopped going there for a while - but returned due to location (across from Meridian retirement home). Unfortunately, they are still rude, still unpleasant, still bad owners. Go elsewhere…

Place is always clean and the front desk is very hospitable

Air conditioner made too much noise. There are no shelves in restroom, one bar is missing and the other bars fall off due to using screws without anchors in sheet rock walls. The room smelled like a dentist office due to strong cleaners and sometimes there were strong food smells mixed in.

DO NOT PAY MULTIPLE DAYS AT ONCE AFTER EXTENDING YOUR STAY! ESPECISLLY IF YOU WERE GIVEN A NICE ROOM TO BEGIN WITH. THEY WILL MOVE YOU TO A GARBAGE ROOM THAT HAS NOT BEEN CLEANED, TAGGING ON WALLS, FILTHY AIR CONDITIONER, FILTHY WALLS, TERRIBLE WIFI. IF YOUR INCOME IS BASED OFF NEED FOR GOOD SIGNAL .. WHEN THEY DO THE BAIT AND SWITCH ROUTINE WITH YOU, YOU WILL LOOSE THAT INCOME! THIS PLACE COSTS ME MORE THAN DOUBLE WHAT I PAY FOR THE GARBAGE ROOM ITSELF DUE TO BEYOND TERRIBLE WIFI CONNECTION. I HAD GREAT CONNECTION AND WAS ABLE TO GENERATE INCOME IN THE FIRST ROOM AND HAVE NOW LOST HUNDREDS OF DOLLARS IN A WEEKS TIME IN THE GARBAGE ROOM. ALSO, THOUGH IT IS ADVERTISED THEY HAVE A MICROWAVE IN THE ROOM THAT DOES NOT MEAN IN YOUR ROOM. IF YOU ASK FOR ONE THEY WILL TELL YOU NONE ARE AVAILABLE. IF YOU ARE NOT PAYING THEM DIRECTLY, YOU CANT HAVE WHAT YOU ARE PAYING FOR.

Clean room no issues

Arrived to a nice room, upon extending my stay I was forced to move to a dirty, trashy, ghetto room without a microwave, no security Lock on the door, tagging on the walls and messed up floors. They said we have too much stuff to have a nice room. We left the room we had been in almost a week much cleaner than the room they placed us in. The new room has dirt in the drawers and has obviously been broken into

GIVEN NICE ROOM WHEN PAYING DAILY, PAID MULTIPLE DAYS AND GOT THE WORST ROOM THEY HAVE. NO MICROWAVE AS ADVERTISED, EXPOSED OUTLETS, NO SECURITY LOCK, FILTY WALLS, TAGGING, BAD FLOORING, BROKEN DRESSER DRAWERS, NO FILTER ON AIR CONDITIONER, NO SINK STOPPER, FILTHY LAMP SHADES WITH NO LIGHTBULBS, APHOLSTERY ON CHAIRS VERY FILTHY, EVEN THE HEADBOARD HAS TAGGING! WALLS NEED TO BE SCRUBBED WITH COMET THEY SRE SO BAD! THE ROOM WAS NOT CLEANED. DEFINELTY WONT SLEEP UNDER THE BLANKETS IN THIS ROOM. THANK GOD WE HAVE OUR OWN! WE WERE TOLD WE DIDNT DESERVE A NICE ROOM BECAUSE WE HAVE TOO MUCH STUFF WITH US.

When paying daily we were put in a nice room, upon paying for multiple days at one time online. We were forced to move downstairs to the worst room with torn up floors, tagging on the walls, broken drawers with no handles, NO SECURITY LOCK on the door.
