The area and a lot of people screaming at night. The rooms were drenched in bleach and the facility was dirty

The staff is very friendly and accommodating. The room was clean with the exception of the roaches you need to get an exterminator quick. Great location off the freeway..

The roaches. In our first room, we were greeted by four roaches in the spa the whole reason we came to this facility. Then, in our second room, there were roaches in the shower and in several parts of our room. The price at this point was expensive for such an unpleasant surprise . The spa water temperature was poor as well as in the shower , the faucett head was extremely loose rust in the toilet paper dispenser. For the price point, I could have stayed at a Hilton for a difference of $30.

The lady at the front desk was nice. The price was good.. most of my issues have to do with the area, the vibe, the other people there, etc.

Cops were there when i checked in. They were there when I checked out. If you ask me, it's a drug spot. I will not be returning.

The young lady at the desk was nice and polite.

Homeless panhandlers were creeping around the property. The non-smoking room wreaked so badly of stale tobacco smoke that it stayed on our clothes and luggage, so much so that it made the room we stayed in the next several days in another city smell like smoke, having left our luggage in the room when we went out to dinner.

I don’t usually leave reviews, but this experience was so bad I feel like I have to say something. The room was a complete disaster. Although I booked a non-smoking room, it smelled like stale cigarette smoke and ashtrays the moment we walked in. The place was dirty—graffiti on the mirrors and walls, broken lights, and the fire alarm wouldn’t stop beeping. There was one towel for four people, and the front door didn’t even shut properly. You had to force it to close securely, which felt incredibly unsafe. Outside the room, shady people were lingering around at all hours. I truly hope they were hotel guests, but it felt like anything but a safe environment—especially for families. The sign outside advertised rooms for $69.99 a night, yet I was charged $250 for two nights—allegedly at a discount. I expected a decent, clean stay for that price. What I got instead made me so uncomfortable, I sent my children to stay with family instead of bringing them into that room. If not for the non-refundable policy, I would’ve immediately left and booked another hotel. This was a total letdown, and I’m still stunned I paid that much for a place in this condition. There was roaches in the room, me and my partner were too paranoid to even rest our head but since we had a long drive we had no choice, especially being the nearest hotel around. Packed up the next day and 2 little buddies from the hotel decided to join. tub was also dirty and wall had sticky residue from who knows what, cleaning lady came BANGING on the door as we were packing to head out .Definitely do recommend whatsoever .

The location is very convenient, right off the freeway, very easily seen entrance to the property. The Front desk clerk was nice very helpful. The continental breakfast is a good addition to the stay.

The door to my room was old. Need to push hard to get it to close all the way. Maybe needs an adjustment. The room i got was a good size. The table is stained and maybe not wiped from the previous tenants... the floor was sticky...maybe not mopped or mopped but had too much cleaning solution.. who knows..

Blood, pubes, and toilet paper in the sheets. Floors covered in dirt, room smelled like cigarettes, shady crackheads staying at hotel and being loud all night

No breakfast, horrible rooms, awful employees that are stealing and on drugs. Cockrochaes in room, horrible cable reception, wifi was awful, homeless drug addicts all over the property.

We got a working Jacuzzi tub by the third room change.

We came to check-in at 3pm with a very nice woman named Karen. Signed papers and she asked us for a 100$ cash deposit which is not mentioned on here. She waived it for us as we were unaware. We headed up to our room and there was some man who looked cracked out holding a screw driver trying to remain standing but failing to do so. We got into our room and it looked as if they didnt clean at all. There was hair everywhere, all over the bed and floor, all over the shower, in the ice bin, and in the jacuzzi tub. There was also a Roach trap in plain site. Went down to complain and their Staff Member Karen was so nice and accomodating and switched us right away. In our second room it was a bit dirty but not as bad as the last but our jacuzzi tub wasnt working. The water pressure was awful so it took like a half hour to an hour to fill up and we were just running it to clean the jets. Tried to turn it on and nothing. They sent up a very nice maintenance man to checkout the issue and he fixed it however, it would shut off about every 10 minutes so I would have had to press the switch on the surge protector every 10 minutes and I was not about to do that. I went back down to complain and Karen provided me amazing customer service and without hesitation offered to give a discount for our stay and gave us another room. We got in our final room and it was a bit dirty and we spotted quite a few live and dead roaches in the drawers and on the floor but it was fully functional. We got into the final room around about 5 o'clock and still had to clean again for the third time. We finished cleaning at about 5:50pm We had plans at 6 o'clock and were late by about 20 minutes because we had to deal with the switching of rooms and cleaning for so long so our evening was completely ruined. By the end of our stay they offered us a discount. We got a whopping 20$ back. Yay, ig.
