Not peaceful and not clean

Nothing at all it’s was horrible

The sheets were dirty. The doors have space between them and so you can hear everything outside and starting in about 11:30 PM. People started hanging out and playing music and making all this noise. It was like a hooker motel. It was disgusting and it was super loud until about two in the morning

I liked that it had a/c, mini fridge, microwave in the room. Room was very clean. Location was close to the freeway. Plenty of parking.

I wish the floor had carpet. But I know it's hard to keep clean.

Decent stay just need a few adjustments and close to everything like food places and the freeway.

The tv, bathroom was clean, the fridge/freezer, microwave, and A/C.

It only had 2 pillows it needs at least 4 and it wasn’t as comfy. We had only 1 toilet roll which looked like some of it was already used.

Needed a deposit and when uncooked online they booking com it didn’t show it unless you go to questions from other guests and it says yes required deposit but when renting a room I don’t usually go read other people questions and answers..

Don't Stay here unless you like sleeping with bugs in your bed!

The customer service was the worst, attendant had a attitude when asking for more towels. Outside there were homeless people roaming around looking through the trash cans, felt unsafe outside. But the cherry on top was finding 2 bugs in our bed. When being told about this, the attendant said there was nothing that could be done. What a waste of time and money.

Location, everything is walkable.

Filthy, bad housekeeping, they wanted cash deposit which is fine if they would just disclose it before I show up. Then to check out, had to wait for housekeeping to check room before returning deposit which is fine if the room was given to us clean.. the bad reviews are because of the housekeeping. The hotel has great potential
