Economy Inn - Ontario Airport/Chino

Very convenient

The room was decent. Noticed 2 roaches when we walked in. (I cleaned the room with my Lysol multi-purpose cleaner). The linen was stained with yellow and blue spots. (I always bring my own blankets, pillows, and towels). The clock and microwave time was not accurate, and there was no iron. Asked for an iron and was given one with a zip-tie over outlet so we could not plug in until my spouse cut it off. Asked for new towels (as I used to clean tub), and had to wait for housekeeping, which did not show until we opened door to catch her going to another unit. Water pressure was not good. When using the sink water leaked from the bottom. (My spouse being a plumber, said they need to clean P-trap). Shower was not unusable as the water pressure again was way too low. The only good thing was the jetted tub. Did not have an issue with that. The location was great. Right off the freeway and walking distance to good food (Moon Grill) and I was able to get a pedicure in same shopping center. I don't know if I would return to the motel, but I will definitely return to the area.

The hotel was horrible not service but the room itself, it had a lot of roaches !!! I was surprised because not all the rooms were bad in bad condition just roach infestation. To have a deposit there is insane. Unfortunately it was In Ontario too

Front desk was hating his job he was very rude we even tried to make him laugh but he was not having it. Probably because he had to work the whole night and the next day. I don’t think they even have housekeeping I almost asked them if they need help cleaning because the walls were filthy there’s roaches very small ones but the hot tub was awesome too bad it’s at a bad hotel.

TERRIBLE, RUDE, DISRESPECTFUL AND THATS JUST THE STAFF. THEY HAVE SOME NICE ROOMS AND SOME TRASH ... THEY PROFILE PEOPLE WHEN ASSIGNING ROOMS. THERES A CRAZY PROSTITUTE IN A ROOM BY THE OFFICE WHO YELLS AND SCREAMS ALL THE TIME AND MAKES THINGS VERY UNCOMFORTABLE FOR NEIGHBORS, RECORDS NEIGHBORS WHILE TALKING NASTY TO THEM.

It was comfortable

When we arrived at Economy Inn - Ontario Airport/Chino, we checked in, dropped off our luggage, and didn’t inspect the room at that time. We simply left for the beach. However, when we came back, my daughter was ready to go to bed, and that’s when I noticed the bed was full of hair and very nasty when I moved the sheets. The toilet was dirty, and the bathroom walls were also filthy. Even the towels hadn’t been washed. To make things worse, there were cockroaches and mosquitoes inside the room. I immediately went to the front desk to report these issues, and the staff were extremely rude. The man at the desk brought me a set of sheets and told me they were “pressed” and that I could use them. I explained that it wasn’t my job to make the bed, but he had a huge ego and didn’t care. When I said I wanted to check out, he responded with indifference, saying, “If you want to check out, check out, but you’re not getting your money back.” This kind of treatment from the staff was unacceptable. Overall, I feel like we were scammed, and I will never stay at this hotel again. The entire experience was beyond disappointing, and I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

The gentleman that checked us in was rude. We booked it for a family of 6 only 3 towels were given to us. I went to ask for more towels at 6 morning and the clerk said we had to wait till 9. No one should up with more towels. There was a dead roach on the bathroom floor. There was a plastic bag covering the peep hole on the door. Will never stay there.

They are very nice and kind

The pool is 100% awesome

A cute family of cats live near by and I enjoyed watching them lol
