Great experience both times around.

Location, very well lighten at night as well as the parking lot so it feels safe. Very nice since the moment you arrive. The room was spacious and clean. Beds are super comfortable. Second time I book here and a very pleasant stay both times. Also a variety of breakfast options and great taste.

Honestly having to check out. When summer arrives maybe we will book a two night stay to enjoy the pool and the beautiful weather in Chino Hills.

The room was comfortable, but once again, no Maid service no new towels.

We stayed there for two nights and never once got a room cleaned. I asked three times at the front desk. They said they would do it. They never did. I’ve been calling to try to talk to a manager and no one ever calls me back. I’m very disappointed. I didn’t just pay $360 for two nights to not have my room even clean or get new towels

You could’ve made Service like you should have and the manager should’ve at least called me back. I will keep calling. I actually talk to one.

Brand new feeling. I liked that everything was open when I got there cabinets microwave, etc. I like that they use Dove as their shampoo conditioner lotion. Big room. Comfortable bed great staff that greeted me and when I left. I didn’t get to the breakfast, but it smelled good. Would definitely come back.

We liked the bedroom, the breakfast, the gym, the swimming pool. The location - there are plenty of cafes, restaurants, bars, a supermarket all within walking distance. The staff was exceptional - always courteous and helpful.

We don’t have toletries, tissue and toilet paper. The sink was clogged. We check- in late around 9pm and the front desk guy told us he will note that we can extend until 12nn. But the next day the lady at the front desk didn’t allow us to stay until 12 instead she said 11:30am

I asked for a crib when I checked in. 3 hours later it still hadn’t come. I called the desk and was asked if I had requested one. I told them I had at check in. 45 minutes later a crib was delivered to my room without any sheets. However my son had already cried himself to sleep.

The building is pretty new, so all the facilities are new and everything is clean. I love the breakfast they have. Lived there for three days and every day the breakfast are slightly different but enough for people to choose.

No toiletries. I asked the front deck for two toothbrush and both of them cost $6. The front deck explained the building is new so that's why they don't have any toiletries.
