Lovely town, very disappointing apartment

View was amazing from the 7th floor and location was great.

Terrible smell of drains in the bathroom throughout our stay. Sofa was extremely uncomfortable and we were unable to use the sofa bed as it would not pull out and our request for help was ignored. Not enough bedding and we were told that we couldn’t have any more. We were four people - one couple and two friends - one had to sleep on single bed with no sheets! Not great… The apartment is on the 7th floor and one day the lift wasn’t working but thankfully fixed the same day.

Amazing stay at the Ligurian Sea

Beautiful and very clean apartment with a stunning view of the sea. Balcony is an essential point of the rest (table, chairs and sunbeds). Kitchen had great equipment. Air conditioning in the master bedroom is a desired amenity. A free parking place opposite the lift door is a plus. Near the public beach. Up to 250 meters.

Few cons: 1. Missed Air conditioning in the second bedroom. 2. Internet connection via Wi-Fi had a very poor bandwidth. Pictures from one day requires up to 2 hours to upload into the cloud.

Perfekt

Die Unterkunft war groß und geräumig, von der Dachterasse gab es eine tolle Aussicht. Im Appartement war alles vorhanden was man gebraucht hat. Das Appartement ist grundsätzlich mit dem Lift zu erreichen, ein Stock muss aber über die Treppe genommen werden um einen zweiten Lift zu erreichen der dann noch einen Stock fahren würde. Also für Leute mit eingeschränkter Mobilität oder Kinderwägen vielleicht nicht unbedingt geeignet, für uns war es aber perfekt. Direkt bei der Unterkunft gibt es einen Parkplatz. Mein Auto ist 4,8 Meter lang, länger sollte es aber nicht sein. Levanto ist eine kleine, sympathische Stadt mit einem tollen Strand.

Kleinigkeiten ( Loser Türgriff, Duscharmatur könnte man mal tauschen) in Anbetracht der Lage, Größe und Preis sieht man da aber gern drüber hinweg.

Terrazza vista mare con casa solfurea

La terrazza vista mare. Parcheggio privato sotto casa. Casa grande, completa (lavatrice, lavastoviglie, detersivi, spugne, asciugamani, lenzuola) Vicinanza alla spiaggia e alla stazione. Chiave disponibile senza vincolo di presenza.

17 marzo (inverno) entrati in casa e il riscaldamento era spento e la casa fredda e sapeva di chiuso. Presenza continua di puzza di fogna/zolfo per casa (nonostante continuassimo a spruzzare vari deodoranti per ambienti) Arredamento vecchio (ma noto in precedenza perché visibile dalle foto)

Un séjour très agréable, confortable avec une vue magnifique depuis la salle à manger, salon.

Très bon emplacement face à la mer. Grand logement très propre et très bien équipé, tout pour séjourner très agréablement. Literie très confortable, place de stationnement en bas de l'immeuble, juste à côté de l'entrée.

Pochi giorni ma molto gradevole la vacanza

Ottima posizione,appartamento più grande rispetto alla percezione fotografica ,stanze grandi e oltre alla stupenda terrazza altro terrazzino dedicato allo stendino Cucina datata ma attrezzata Molto apprezzato posto auto

La struttura dove è inserito l’appartamento è del 1961 e gli anni si vedono tutti Pattumiera differenziata in casa ma inesistente nel condominio Ricordo che viene pagata una tassa di soggiorno!
