Comfortable stay and great location.

Location. - walkable from train station and close to the beach, and restaurants. Nice sea view from the balcony of the living room. Spacious, all rooms had air conditioning, which was really good. Debora was very helpful and kind in her interactions. Extremely responsive and so prompt.

Doors were creaky. Showers were slow, the water pressure was just not enough. Slow drainage of water in the showers.

Great location, nice big house. Everything you need.

Great location, air con worked well, big rooms and well equipped. Would definitely stay again.

Beds are quite uncomfortable and could do with new mattresses. Prefer to have self-check in so we don’t need to meet someone, can be quite stressful getting the time right on a travel day.

Lovely stay

Location is perfect! Just across the street from the ocean. Short walk from the train station. Very large apartment.

There is no air conditioning. However, doors on both ends open, and a nice breeze comes through. Plenty of fans make it more comfortable.

Bright, summery seaside apartment with good vibes

Very spacious & bright apartment with a living room, 2 large bedrooms and 2 single bedrooms. Lovely bright kitchen, terraces on both sides and from the living room you look at the quiet courtyard with lots of trees and a bit of ocean. Loved the fun flamingo & cactus theme mixed with antique furniture. The white leather sofas and glass tables in the living room are not to my taste but understand the practicality. Location is great: 2min from the sea, 5min into town and very authentic with the Italian grandma waving from across the street. Check-in and -out very quick & smooth. The parking was very handy and worth the EUR10/ day extra. We rented bicycles nearby and didn't touch the car during the 4-day stay. Also made use of the washing machine and iron.

Only downside that it's on the second floor without elevator but that's not unusual in Italy at all. Even with 2 small children and lots of luggage we managed quite well.

Good location, but showering facilities let it down.

Large rooms, location, comfortable beds. Excellent storage in the kitchen and bathrooms and lots of hangers in the ample wardrobes.

Two bathrooms but only one shower and no bath. In addition the shower was very small, under powered, and took ages to run warm. There was no microwave. A teapot and butter dish would be good too.

Great place in Levanto!

Everything! The apartment is amazing. Large and full of character. Everything we could need was provided. Perfect location near the town center and the beach. So great to not be staying in the 5 towns as this was so much quieter and yet easy to catch the train or ferry to the other towns. We didn’t want to leave! Highly recommended by us. Stay in Levanto and if so stay here!

Un seul jeu de clefs, pas très pratique avec un grand groupe

Parfait pour les groupes

Appartement fonctionnel et pratique pour un groupe nombreux comme nous. C'est très spacieux. Proximité de la gare (10 minutes environ) pour visiter les cinque terre.

Mobilier et équipements assez anciens, manque un peu de modernité.

Très grand appartement refait à neuf et très bien équipé. Excellent accueil. Possibilité de parking. 10 minutes de la gare, idéal pour visiter les Cinque Terre.
