Good location, but bad choice of apartments.

Only Location

Value vs. Quality of appartements is not adequate. The apartments are not cozy, reminiscent of a hospital. Air conditioning works so bad that it is impossible to sleep at night in the heat. kitchen utensils are not enough for normal cooking. The quality of furniture and accessories is very low.

Excellent location very close to the beach. Plenty of restaurants and gelaterias. Station is about 15 min walk. A bike hire shop is 2 min away. (You can cycle about 7km through old railway tunnels to Framura.)

Kitchen needs mending. Light of cooker hood didn’t work. Could not really see what I was doing in the kitchen. Symbols on Oven controls worn off. Oven seal broken making the outside of the oven very hot. Dangerous especially if you were to have children with you. The panel on the washing machine showing what each programme does is missing and there are no instructions. Managed to find some on the internet. (Programming C is a short cotton wash. ) Kitchen cupboard doors very loose and cupboard doors are not attached to fridge and freezer. Would be better if they removed the fridge and freezer cupboard doors. According to property description there should be a coffee/tea maker AND a coffee machine. There is only a coffee percolator which you need to use on the hob. Photos also show cushions on bed settee. There were none. We used our pillows. There is no inventory so we did not know what is missing. I did mention I couldn’t see scissors, washing up liquid or chopping board. Staff were very good and provided us with the washing up liquid and chopping board very quickly.

We had an excellent stay due to the location of Miramar

We loved the location in the city center and at the beach. I also liked the air conditionning and the views in the flat.

There was no wifi during the whole stay despite our complaints. The matresses of the kids' "beds" were bad (inexistent) The organisation with the dustbin was uncomprehensible.

great location with very limited and outdated equipment.

Great location less then minute from a beach, or city centre, 10 min walk from the train station. Grocery store just across the street, all restaurants as well.

The apartment is very outdated, old furniture, broken curtains, only very basic kitchen equipment. Wi-Fi works only close to the exit door, otherwise the rooms had no Wi-Fi. Very small shower, no place to leave your bath equipment.

agency does a great job on cleaning but sleeping and using apartment needs refresh

very clean friendly staff , closeby parking slots ( 25€/day ) using easypark app convenient location ( nearby beach and city but 15 mins from railway ) very close to ship boarding but only 1 ship/day departing at 10.00

run down mattresses, cheap pillows, very uncomfortable not even basic kitchen like microwave or a heating device for tea. no curtains, so no way to dim light only cut it with stores nothing for families with kids

Location is excellent.

Picture showed balcony but we had none and were told we booked 1 without a balcony. False picture advertising. Noisy area with roadworks on our stay and not the cleanest. Felt a bit confined to room without balcony.

Need more towels

Location was fabulous…right off the beach. 10 min walk from the train.

Only gave 1 towel a piece for 3 nights. Horrible, it was hot and the beach was right there…and only 1 towel and one hand towel per person. At least leave 1 towel a day. Toilet paper comes in small rolls, one was 1/2 used and only left other one…we had to purchase toilet paper. The washing machine wasn’t properly hooked up, we messaged if it worked, the next day someone came into our room without telling us while we were out, and hooked up the washer properly. We should have been notified that someone was coming in. The air conditioner doesn’t blow very cold air. The place reeked of cigarette smoke when we entered and the direct next door neighbors are chain smokers. Not quiet at night either.

Apartment itself is nice apart from the small shower. Location is great, super close to beach and store and restaurants.

Unfortunately there were lights out and several pieces of windows/doors to keep them open were broken. Shower is very small. Though location is great, it can be quite noisy late at night. Coffee maker doesn't work with the induction stove.

We had a great stay, but the wifi situation made it a little difficult.

The location was great and convenient to everything we needed. Even though we did not park on site, we were given a parking pass for 24 hour parking for 5 eu a day. It was very convenient to the apartment. We were able to check in one hour early.

It was difficult to find the office to pick up the key. It was in a pedestrian area. It took several calls to get to it. There was wifi, but you had to sit by the apartment exit door to get the signal.

Close to the beach but very poor accommodations and amenities.

The building is very close to the beach. Many restaurants close by. The young woman who checked us in was extremely nice.

The unit we stayed in was rundown. The shower was extremely small (about 24” x 24” big enough for a small child but not adults). Walls were not clean. No dish towels, sponge, or dishwashing liquid. No wine glasses, decent glasses, paper towel. Blankets were in poor condition and did not smell clean. Not enough toilet paper and our second request for more was ignored. Washing machine did not work properly.

First apt I've rented where there were no cleaning supplies. Plenty of dishes and cookware but nothing to wash dishes with. No basic kitchen needs like sugar, salt or the like. Others have always provided those items as well as cooking oil and at least some tea/coffee

L emplacement uniquement, pour le reste rien du tout. C est tout à fait inacceptable de laisser ce genre de logement se louer

A fuir, grosse arnaque. C est inacceptable que pour ce prix on puisse encore proposer a la location ce genre de logement. Le logement ne correspond pas aux annonces ( pas de balcon) Le logement est sale, cela sent mauvais ( cigarette froide et renfermé), toutes nos affaires sont a laver ( manteaux , vêtements, linge etc ..) le canapé lit n a même pas pu servir de lit aux enfants tellement Il est vieux et inconfortable ( on sent les montants en feraille ), les murs sont tachés et sales, le sol colle aux pieds, il y a des poils et cheveux un peu partout, il n y a pas de vaisselle pour 4 ( seulement 2 fourchettes et 2 bols ). Bref grosse arnaque a fuir.

Geräumige, zweckmäßige Wohnung in guter Lage // kein Luxus

Selbstversorger Apartment mit relativ viel Platz. Gute Lage zu Restaurants, Supermarkt, Wanderwege und Strand. Ca.10 Minuten zu Fuß zum Bahnhof. Es ist alles da, was man benötigt (mehr aber auch nicht). Herd neu, Waschmaschine funktioniert, Kühlschrank funktioniert ist aber alt und laut.

Die Wohnung ist hauptsächlich zweckmäßig. Sie ist nicht liebevoll oder wohnlich ausgestattet. Mit wenigen Kleinigkeiten (Bilder, Farben, ... ) könnte es ansprechender sein.

Godt ophold. Kunne godt bruge stedet igen, udelukkende grundet placeringen.

Meget god beliggenhed, tæt på strand og centrum. Næsten lydløs AC.

Køleskabet larmede, sokkel på køkkenskabe var løs og faldt af. Var nogle nætter med meget støj fra små motorcykler på gaden udenfor soveværelsesvinduet indtil ca. kl. 03:00. Manglede grundlæggende køkkenredskaber som eks. skærebræt, brødkniv og opvaskebørste.

moderne Wohnung im Zentrum

Aufgrund eines technischen Defekts im Apartments bekamen wir eine andere Wohnung als geplant… dies ging unkompliziert. Die Wohnung war geräumig und modern. Alles i.o.

Etwas kühl in der Einrichtung. Und es ging eine Weile, bis wir Lüftung und Heizung auseinanderhalten konnten. Keine Türe zwischen Schlafzimmer und Toilette.
