Perfect!

The place was amazing! The staff was super accommodating and helpful. The rooms were extremely clean and charming. The pool was just perfect for cooling off and relaxing. The breakfast was to die for. I would highly recommend this beautiful place to my friends and family!

Relaxing, beautiful, homely

Amazing location with stunning views over the surrounding hills, incredible breakfast on the terrace, helpful and friendly staff and a super pool / jacuzzi area. We loved the free shuttle to and from Levanto, e-bike hire facilities and the spacious room.

The hotel would really benefit from offering a simple lunch or dinner service, as only breakfast is available - but this is a small point as everything else was perfect!

Beautiful Agriturismo that exceeded all expectations

Everything was right here - the fantastic staff, out room was beautiful and much more spacious than we imagined, the breakfast was great with local products. Very kids friendly and incredible views.

There was not one single thing we did not like.

Beautiful place, surrounded by olive trees and vineyards. Great breakfast. Everyone was really nice and helpful. Perfectly tidy. Great pool and jacuzzi.

Comfortable but not value for money

Comfortable room and bed, good breakfast , kind staff. Shuttle to the town. Beautiful setting

Remote from the town where parking was at a premium. Lack of in house restaurant and a bar where guests could socialise. Lack of shade round the wellness pool.

Mir hat besonders die ruhige Lage gefallen. Das Personal war stets sehr freundlich. Den schönen Pool habe ich gerne benutzt.

Uns wurde nicht mitgeteilt, dass wir tagsüber einen Kaffee machen können. Das hat mir gefehlt.

Sehr schön angelegt, freundliches Personal und sauber.

Das Frühstück war ausgezeichnet, viele frische und biologische Produkte. Hat unsere Erwartungen übertroffen. Die Anlage ist sehr schön gestaltet. Tagsüber konnte für Ausflüge ein Shuttleservice genutzt werden. Abends musste man selbst schauen, wie man in den Ort kommt.

Viele Mücken und kein Mückenstecker am Zimmer, mussten noch am ersten Tag einen besorgen. Die Matratzen waren uns zu weich und unbequem, aber das wird wohl bei jedem anders empfunden.

Schöne 5 Tage zum Erholen und die schöne Landschaft zu erkunden

Die tolle Lage in mitten einer privaten und nachhaltigen Oliven und Wein Plantage. Der Familie Besitz ist zu einem Ort der Entspannung und Erholung über die Jahre ausgebaut worden. Jedes Zimmer Oder Appartement hat seine eigene Charakteristik. Schöne Frühstück Terrasse mit einem tollen Buffet von ausgewählten und regionalen Produkten. Sehr aufmerksamer und sympathischer Service.

Es gibt nichts zu bemängeln.

Allez-y les yeux fermés, c’est une pépite !

Giancarlo et toute son équipe, à son image attentionné et prévenant nous ont reçu dans un lieu niché dans un écrin de verdure, calme, apaisant avec une vue magnifique sur les hauteurs de Levanto. Tout a été pensé à la Villanova dans les moindre détails ce qui est extrêmement appréciable et à saluer. Le petit-déjeuner y est exceptionnel avec des produits locaux, de quoi ravir vos papilles ! L’emplacement est idéal pour visiter les Cinq Terres et Portofino, d’autant plus que vélos et shuttle sont possibles pour laisser sa voiture sur place, ce qui est génial.

Il faut juste penser aux produits anti-moustiques s’ils vous aiment bien pour profiter des extérieurs mais toutes les fenêtres comportent des moustiquaires se qui permet de profiter de la fraîcheur de la nuit sans les moustiques !

Fabuleux !!

Magnifique propriété familiale ! Chaque détail a été sélectionné, restauré et replacé avec soin, ce qui donne une décoration à la fois rustique et contemporaine exceptionnelle. La piscine est petite mais très agréable, les transats de bonne qualité. Tout est beau, tout est propre... L'établissement organise une navette pour descendre et remonter du centre-ville. Vous pouvez aussi louer un vélo. Il y a de bonnes pistes cyclables dans les alentours. Déjeuner top. Tout était parfait. Bravo!!

Schöne Location mit nettem Personal

Wir waren grundsätzlich happy, Location war gut und die Mitarbeiter sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Heizung (Wärmepumpe) im Raum war etwas störend, da nicht gerade leise. Lichtsignal bei der Einfahrt reagiert nicht auf Bewegung sondern auf Zeit - hat bei uns dazu geführt, dass wir immer gefühlt ewig warten mussten, obwohl kein Gegenverkehr (Saisonbeginn und noch praktisch keine Gäste). Frühstück war sehr gut, wenn noch mit frischen Eierspeisen (Spiegeleier oder Rühreier) wärs perfekt. Overall definitiv zu empfehlen!
