Spacious apartment with great see view after some stairs

We loved the view from the terrace. This can be enjoyed at only ~1m width, but we positioned the table so that 4 persons could see it during dinner. The windows of the living room also look to the see. Sleeping and waking up with the sound of the see was really cosy. The apartment is spacious: 2 bedrooms, living room and another bed in the corridor. The kitchen is well equipped and there is also parasol, surf mat available. Even though we never met the staff they were really friendly: we immediately received replacement for the clothes hang dryer and sheets after having some minor issues with them. The construction of the building is really unique. The beach is within 3-10 min walk (small pebble/sand).

There are really many stairs. We expected this based on previous reviews thus it wasn’t a problem for us. (For those who need the exact details: To get to the flat you need to take an elevator to floor 7 and then walk up ~15 stairs. There are also 1-2 stairs inside the apartment between the rooms. A baby stroller can be left on floor 7 at a public area in case necessary.)

A unique apartment with an amazing view for everyone to rest and relax.

The apartment was clean and spacious. There are all separate rooms. The outside area was magnificent for relaxing and looking at the sea. And, the bedrooms were very comfortable. The AC worked great. It was a benefit to have a loading and unloading zone because parking nearby was hard to find. It was easy to walk to everything from the apartment as well.

There was nothing we did not like about this apartment.

airy fresh ample flat at the 7th floor with seaview and terrace in a wonderful location.

Located a few meters from the beach the flat is a spacious, well-kept and well-organized property with two bedrooms, bathroom, kitchen, sitting and a huge balcony that can double many functions. Instructions to get there and park were detailed and clear. The seaview is a pleasure, and within a few steps there are shops, bar and whatever you might need. The area is silent and airy, full of flowers and greenery. Furniture is simple but complete and linen were provided. Communication was quick and efficient, not that we did need much. From the house you can take a walk to Bonassola through the old railway transformed in a walking and biking path, a real pleasure. Levanto is a living community and a very nice stay.

Minor, very minor issues. The lamp on the stairs is very powerful and it's on all night; due to glass panel on the doors the light is quite intense in the rooms too. A towel on the glass took care of that. The floor lamp in the sitting is without a switch and you have to pull the plug to switch it off, and the reverse. All sockets are a bit flimsy and don't accept round style schuco plugs.

La jolie vue n’a pas suffit

L’accès catastrophique à l’appartement avec les bagages . Il ne faut mieux pas avoir d’enfants, de personnes âgées ou handicapées. C’est principalement ce point qui dicte mes notes

Grand appartement ,idéalement placé avec une superbe vue sur la baie de Levanto.

Self check-in par messagerie booking ou par WhatsApp très efficace.Nous n'avons malheureusement pas rencontré l'hôte mais les échanges ont été très sympathique. Appartement spacieux,bien équipé et salon avec vue sur la mer. La terrasse est grande et malgré un séjour pluvieux,nous avons apprécié l'emplacement.

On pourrait dire que l'appartement est un peu vieillot mais il est "vivant "...une famille doit vivre dedans quelques semaines par an et c'est sympa . En mars nous n'avons pas eût de problèmes de promiscuité mais en pleine saison, il faut savoir que les fenêtres des toilettes et de la cuisine donnent sur les escaliers du hall et que la terrasse avec une superbe vue donnne aussi sur les autres terrasses

Emplacement à 10 mn à pied de la gare, idéal pour visiter les Cinque Terres et autres destinations ! Belle vue sur la mer ! Umberto est réactif et très sympathique !

Difficultés pour trouver une place vu le gabarit de notre véhicule ... mais après, tout peut se faire en train !
