Commanding view!

The view from the apartment is indeed spectacular. Comfortable bed, clean linen and plenty of towels. Outlets by bed. Spacious apartment. Good A/C !!! in every room. Lots of info from host. Close to beaches and the promenade.

Even making allowance for the extremely challenging terrain where the apartment is located, accessibility is very difficult. Building is badly in need of repairs and cleaning (rusted out railings, dirty floors in public areas, elevator filthy...). The balcony could also be spectacular, provided it was clean, maintained, and uncluttered. Unusual requirement to empty two 3 gallon buckets on the balcony daily collecting the condensate from the AC. If you do not keep up with it the neighbors unceremoniously remind you. (I believe the host is working on resolving this). LR and Kitchen was only marginally clean, otherwise the apartments is well equipped. For the price charged we expected a more polished apartment, but that is a subjective item.

Great, confy would stay again

2 bathrooms, bedrooms, everything was very nice. Beautiful view

Couldn’t bring the Motorhome close by to unload so had to carry everything but someone with a car would be fine. Lift is pretty old but overall great.

Location was fantastic. Very central and easy to get the train to the Cinque Terre. Levanto is also a great town for families with great food options. Apartment amenities were good and parking was available, albeit walking distance away.

wonderful sea views and warm in winter!

The apartment has wonderful sea views, the bed was very comfortable, and as it was quite chilly (late February/ early March) we were very pleased to have such an efficient heating system - we were warm!

Wunderbarer und erholsamer Vorgeschmack auf den Frühling.

Außergewöhnlich schöne Aussicht vom 6. Stock auf das Meer. Gute und geschmackvolle Ausstattung. Alle Geräte zum Kochen vorhanden. Netter Kontakt zum Vermieter. Levanto ist eine hübsche und um diese Jahreszeit nicht überlaufene Stadt. Gute ligurische Küche in den Restaurants.

Das Kästchen für den Schlüssel war extrem schwierig zu bedienen.

Appartement agréable et calme

Appartement propre, confortable et calme. A 13 minutes à pied de la gare de Levanto. Le parking est un gros avantage. Notre séjour a été très agréable.

Il faudrait prévoir des plats pour le four et aussi des couteaux qui coupent vraiment.. Sinon tout est parfait

Tolle Lage mit spektakulären Meerblick. Alles fußläufig erreichbar. Ruhiger als in den typischen cinque terre Dörfern. Das Apartment war großzügig und geräumig, zwei Schlafzimmer, zwei Bäder, alles gut ausgestattet.

Der alte, sehr kleine Aufzug war nicht sehr vertrauenserweckend. Das Apartment ist insgesamt sehr hellhörig. Je nach Nachbarschaft kann dies sehr störend sein.

Traumhafter Meerblick, geräumige Wohnung

Grandioser Blick auf das Meer aus Schlafzimmer, Wohnzimmer und natürlich vom Balkon. Lage: nah zum Meer, Innenstadt und Bahnhof in wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Interessanter Gebäudecharakter. Toll war auch der Garagenplatz.

Etwas störend ist der Lärm aus anderen Wohnungen, da die Wohnung sehr hellhörig ist.

Point de départ idéal pour les Cinque Terre

Idéalement situé avec une belle vue sur la baie, proche de la gare et des commerces; Umberto est très prévenant et assure, même à distance, le bon déroulement du séjour.

L’accès à l’immeuble de fait par une rue très étroite, gérable, mais il faut le savoir si on a un véhicule encombrant

Séjour très agréable. Emplacement idéal pour visiter les 5 terres en train et en bateau.

Très bel appartement, spacieux, lumineux, vue sur la baie de Levanto. Explications claires pour accéder à l’appartement. Un garage fermé est à proximité et gratuit. Vous pouvez approcher la voiture en bas de l’immeuble pour décharger. Gare à 15 mn à pied , supérette à 300 m . Vraiment bien pour visiter les 5 terres. Umberto répond rapidement si besoin.

Eine wunderschöne Unterkunft in perfekter Lage!

Die Wohnung hat alles was man braucht! Die Lage ist perfekt! Der Blick vom Balkon wunderschön! Alles ist sauber und sehr gemütlich und Stilvoll eingerichtet. In echt sieht die Wohnung sogar noch schöner aus als auf den Bildern. Hunde sind willkommen und erlaubt. Der Strand und eine Strandbar sind 2min entfernt. Vom Strand aus kann man eine Bootstour durch die Cinque Terre machen (sehr zu empfehlen), die Zuganbindung ist sehr gut.

Leider ist während des Aufenthaltes die Duschtür zersprungen. Der Besitzer hat sich jedoch umgehend um das Problem gekümmert und war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.
