Guest house with shared common space in lovely Reggio Emilia

Nice shared apartment space. two secure bedrooms with a common area and outside terrace. Full kitchen with the basics ( coffee, tea, salt, pepper, oil, vinegar, etc). The room I stayed in had a private toilet ( no toilet seat though) and bathtub as well as additional private outside area. Both my room and the common area were comfortable. If you don’t need fancy and do not mind sharing a space , this is place is for you.

downsides: pillows should be upgraded. again no toilet seat was a bit surprising. It is a bit noise as it is off a busy traffic road and there are few people who walk there so very desolate especially at night. There are a pile of tires in the entrance which makes it look a bit rundown.

Ottima posizione, appartamento comodo.

La posizione dell appartamento ottima, il centro è facilmente raggiungibile a piedi. Temevo che di notte fosse rumoroso e invece abbiamo dormito bene. La colazione non era inclusa ma a disposizione c'è la macchinetta del caffe' con cialde e tutto l occorrente, la cucina è ben attrezzata anche per cucinare.

La camera con vasca non è dotata di bagno privato come descritto, ma al suo interno c'è una sorta di ripostiglio, dotata di un wc e un lavandino. Mentre il vero bagno, con anche il bidet e la doccia è in comune con gli altri ospiti. Questa cosa mi ha innervosito e delusa, l'ho reclamata subito al mio accompagnatore. E con mio stupore devo dire che sono stati gentilissimi ad adoperarsi nel farmi passare un buon soggiorno, lasciandomi a disposizione l'intero appartamento. A parte questo, l appartamento è molto carino, con delle piccolezze da migliorare, come sistemare la finestra della camera con vasca impossibile da aprire, e aggiungere un comodino.

Molto pulita, stanza spaziosa, accoglienza ottima.

Il bagno è un po’ sacrificato avendo un enorme impianto al suo interno; si sente ogni rumore prodotto dalla stanza accanto quindi bisogna essere fortunati con i vicini.

Non è assolutamente come in foto

Niente dato che c’erano in bella vista paletta scopa spazzatura è una sola cosa credo che a una persona interessi venendo in una camera così come in foto, la vasca in camera, l’ambiente rilassante no? No, perché nella foto mettono la foto fatta bene, poi appena arrivi ti mandano in una cameretta normale senza niente, dicendo che la vasca è fuori utilizzo. Per cui per chi ci va, sappiate che pagate un occhio della testa per non avere quello che avete richiesto.

Direi niente a parte il balcone zero curato ma bella vista
