Water coming out of the sink a bit rusty at the beginning, then ok: it may happen if room not used for a while; the room was very clean anyway. Disturbing smell in the evening, for a couple of hours, likely due to farms in the area nearby.

somehow too “classic” but rather old. the rooms are comfortable, there is not much view, the area looks pretty abandoned, the AC was too loud and is not controlled in each room, so there’s no possibility to turn it off.

Struttura molto pulita, personale molto cordiale sia alla reception che in sala da pranzo.

Ho chiesto se fosse possibile anticipare leggermente la colazione ma mi è stato risposto che purtroppo avrebbero potuto fare solo un caffè. migliorerei, se possibile, la qualità dei succhi offerti a colazione

Due doppie anziché una quadrupla

Avevamo prenotato una quadrupla s iamo una famiglia con due bimbe di 11 anni e solo al nostro arrivo mi hanno avvisato che mi avevano preparato due doppie accanto, NEANCHE comunicanti tra loro, una vera delusione, ho chiesto il motivo e si sono giustificati dicendomi che avevano avuto un problema al piano delle quadruple e le camere erano troppo al caldo!!! Sinceramente è stato un problema visto che x una sola notte avevo portato una sola valigia x 4 inoltre nei giorni precedenti al mio arrivo mi hanno mandato 4, 5 messaggi da una messaggeria automatica per ringraziarmi della prenotazione e che erano felici del nostro arrivo,, potevano anzi DOVEVANO avvisarci prima e non ritrovarci in questa situazione. Fra l' altro al check in hanno voluto che saldassimo subito!!!!!!! Dicendoci inoltre che ci avevano fatto un prezzo di favore perché due doppie avrebbero avuto un costo superiore di molto rispetto alla prenotazione booking!!! Inoltre al check out ci hanno richiesto altre due tasse di diggiornk che non avevano incluso nel pagamento fatto il giorno prima!!! Considerata la categoria dell hotel e la catena a cui appartiene ci aspettavamo un servizio migliore.
