About this house rental
In this centrally located yet quiet middle unit of a row house, you can relax and enjoy your vacation. It is furnished in a modern and welcoming style. From your sunny south-facing terrace, you’ll enjoy beautiful views of meadows, the lake, and the mountains.
Beautiful vacation home in a quiet location with mountain views
In our vacation home, which is approximately 64 m² and furnished for 5 people, you’ll love spending the best weeks of the year. It’s situated in a particularly beautiful location overlooking Lake Lech and the Ammer mountain range.
The large terrace faces south and is furnished with a table and 5 poly-rattan chairs.
The house has 2 bedrooms. The master bedroom is newly furnished with a double bed, a large mirrored closet, and a radio alarm clock. The children’s room features a single bed, a bunk bed, and a wardrobe.
Our lovingly furnished living room with an integrated dining area is equipped with a new seating set consisting of a 3-seater and a 2-seater couch, as well as a comfortable single armchair, a new wall unit with a TV, a CD radio, and a telephone.
The living room and bedrooms have carpeted floors.
The separate kitchen is fully equipped with a large dishwasher, a stove with a ceramic cooktop, an exhaust hood, an oven, a tall refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a microwave, a coffee maker, a toaster, and a kettle.
The bathroom with shower and toilet has also been completely renovated

Resort: The car-free Hochbergle vacation resort may only be accessed by car on the day of arrival and departure for the comfort of all guests. This allows children to move about freely while adults enjoy the peace and quiet. For younger guests, there’s also table tennis, a soccer field, a large playground, a swimming lake just a few minutes away, and a toboggan run to let off steam. The “Hochberglestuben” restaurant caters to guests’ needs with affordable dishes and typical Bavarian and Allgäu cuisine (for a fee). The charming vacation town of Lechbruck am See offers shopping, restaurants, and plenty of activities.

Just a few minutes’ drive away lies the unique mountain world of the Ammergau Alps. In Lechbruck, there are four lakes for swimming, fishing, water sports, and rafting. When winter transforms the landscape, two cross-country trails await skaters and cross-country skiers. Those who prefer a more peaceful atmosphere can enjoy the clear, fresh winter air on a stroll along beautiful winter hiking trails. For our younger guests, there are plenty of hills for sledding. Not to mention the ice rink right in the center of town. Ski enthusiasts will find their paradise in the Ammergau and Allgäu Alps, just a few minutes’ drive away.
The fairytale Neuschwanstein Castle and the beautiful town of Füssen are only about a 30-minute drive from Lechbruck.
