This quietly located, cozy, and colorfully decorated middle townhouse offers you the benefits of the KönigsCard. Enjoy relaxing moments on the south-facing terrace, with a side view of the mountains, a sunshade awning, and a grill.

Kitchen (laminate flooring)
Fully equipped kitchen: large refrigerator with freezer compartment, stove (ceramic cooktop), exhaust fan, dishwasher, oven, electric kettle, toaster, coffee maker, silverware, dishes, glasses, pots, and all standard kitchen utensils.
Living Room (Carpeted) / Dining Room (Laminate Flooring)
The bright, inviting living room is a comfortable place to relax. The large, cozy seating area with a pull-out couch offers plenty of space for all guests.A very large flat-screen TV and radio (stereo system) are also included in this home’s amenities. From the living room, you have direct access to your patio. A gas grill and a charcoal grill are available for your use on the patio (please be sure to clean them yourself after use. Thank you.) The adjacent dining area offers space for shared meals and cozy evenings.

with a double bed, spacious closet, and TV. You also have access to the terrace from this room.

Resort: The car-free Hochbergle vacation resort may only be accessed by car on the day of arrival and departure for the benefit of all guests. This allows children to move about freely while adults enjoy the peace and quiet. For younger vacationers, there is also table tennis, a soccer field, a large playground, a swimming lake just a few minutes away, and a toboggan run where they can let off steam. The “Hochberglestuben” restaurant caters to guests’ needs with reasonably priced dishes and traditional Bavarian and Allgäu cuisine (for a fee). The charming resort town of Lechbruck am See offers shopping, restaurants, and plenty of activities.

Just a few minutes’ drive away lies the unique mountain world of the Ammergau Alps. In Lechbruck, there are four lakes for swimming, fishing, water sports, and rafting. When winter transforms the landscape, two cross-country trails await skaters and cross-country skiers. Those who prefer a more peaceful pace can enjoy the clear, fresh winter air on a stroll along beautiful winter hiking trails. For our younger guests, there are plenty of hills for sledding.
