This 3-room house features:

1 cozy living/dining room with a dining set, upholstered seating area with a sleeper sofa, TV, phone, radio with CD player, and Wi-Fi internet connection

2 bedrooms: one bedroom with a double bed and one bedroom with 2 single beds

1 fully equipped kitchen with a refrigerator, oven, ceramic stovetop, electric kettle, microwave, dishwasher, and plenty of dishes

1 bathroom with shower, toilet, and window

1 large south-facing terrace with patio furniture and 2 lounge chairs

The floors in the living and sleeping areas are vinyl, and the floors in the other rooms are tiled.

The two adjacent houses, 124 and 125, are ideal for families who are friends.

Pets: Allowed, but not permitted in the bedrooms.

Smoking: Not allowed in the living areas! In consideration of future guests, we ask that you smoke only on the terrace.

Meals: Self-catering (breakfast, half-board, and a bread roll service can be booked on-site)

Resort: For the benefit of all guests, the car-free Hochbergle vacation resort may only be accessed by car on the day of arrival and departure. This allows children to move about freely while adults enjoy the peace and quiet.
For our younger guests, there’s also table tennis, a soccer field, a large playground, a swimming lake just a few minutes away, and a toboggan run to let off steam.
The “Hochberglestuben” restaurant caters to guests’ needs with affordable dishes and typical Bavarian and Allgäu cuisine (for a fee).
The attractive vacation town of Lechbruck am See offers shopping, restaurants, and plenty of activities.

Recreational Activities: The range of activities in Lechbruck am See extends from fishing and swimming to biking, volleyball, rafting, horseback riding, skiing, sledding, ice skating, hiking, and even golfing on the 18-hole golf course on the Gsteig with its unique panoramic views.
Just a few minutes’ drive away lies the unique mountain landscape of the Ammergau Alps. In Lechbruck, there are four lakes for swimming, fishing, water sports, and rafting.
When winter transforms the landscape, two cross-country trails await skaters and cross-country skiers. Those who prefer a more peaceful pace can enjoy the clear, fresh winter air on a stroll along beautiful winter hiking trails.
For our younger guests, there are plenty of hills for sledding. Not to mention the ice rink right in the center of town. Ski enthusiasts will find their paradise in the Ammergau and Allgäu Alps, just a few minutes’ drive away.
The fairytale Neuschwanstein Castle and the beautiful town of Füssen are only about a 30-minute drive from Lechbruck.
