About this house rental
Enjoy your vacation in this brightly decorated corner townhouse on the outskirts of the vacation village. New floors, a walk-in shower, and a south-facing terrace with a view of the meadows ensure a comfortable stay.
Our cozy corner vacation home with mountain views is ideally located on the outskirts, near the parking lot and restaurants. The newly redesigned terrace with a large sunbathing area faces south and is fully furnished with a table, chairs, and 2 lounge chairs.
Amenities:
• 2 bedrooms, each with 2 beds
• A sleeper sofa in the living room is available for the 5th person.
• Living room with a 102-cm LED TV, radio/CD player, and Wi-Fi.
• Cozy dining area.
• Bathroom with natural light, shower, and toilet—completely renovated.
• The bedrooms and living areas were fitted with vinyl flooring in 2016.
• A fully equipped, separate kitchen, including a dishwasher, electric stove, oven, and refrigerator, as well as a microwave, coffee maker, electric kettle, egg cooker, and toaster, are standard features
• Non-smoking house (smoking is permitted on the terrace)
• Pets are welcome
Resort: The car-free Hochbergle vacation resort may only be accessed by car on the day of arrival and departure for the comfort of all guests. This allows children to move about freely while adults enjoy the peace and quiet. For our younger guests, there’s also table tennis, a soccer field, a large playground, a swimming lake just a few minutes away, and a sledding hill where they can let off steam. The “Hochberglestuben” restaurant caters to guests’ needs with affordable dishes and typical Bavarian and Allgäu cuisine (for a fee). The charming vacation town of Lechbruck am See offers shopping, restaurants, and plenty of activities.

Recreational Activities: The range of activities in Lechbruck am See extends from fishing and swimming to biking, volleyball, rafting, horseback riding, skiing, sledding, ice skating, hiking, and even golfing on the 18-hole golf course on the Gsteig with its unique panoramic views.
Just a few minutes’ drive away lies the unique mountain scenery of the Ammergau Alps. In Lechbruck, there are four lakes for swimming, fishing, water sports, and rafting. When winter transforms the landscape, two cross-country trails await skaters and cross-country skiers. Those who prefer a more peaceful pace can enjoy the clear, fresh winter air on a stroll along beautiful winter hiking trails. For our younger guests, there are plenty of hills for sledding. And don’t forget the ice rink right in the center of town. Ski enthusiasts will find their paradise in the Ammergau and Allgäu Alps, just a few minutes’ drive away.
The fairytale Neuschwanstein Castle and the beautiful town of Füssen are only about a 30-minute drive from Lechbruck.
