This well-maintained corner townhouse, situated on the elevated outskirts of the vacation village, stands out for its modern and tastefully decorated interior. Enjoy sunny afternoons on the tiled southwest-facing terrace with a view of the meadows; an awning provides shade.

The southwest-facing corner townhouse is located near the parking lot. The front desk and restaurant are within easy reach. The house can accommodate up to 5 people and offers everything you need for a relaxing vacation.
Kitchen (tiled floor)
Fully equipped kitchen: refrigerator with freezer, stove (ceramic cooktop), dishwasher, oven, electric kettle, toaster, coffee maker, silverware, dishes, glasses, pots, and all standard kitchen utensils.
Living/dining room (laminate flooring)
The bright and cheerfully furnished living room invites you to make yourself at home. The seating area with a sleeper sofa provides space for all guests and includes a sofa bed. A flat-screen TV and a radio/stereo system are also included in this home’s amenities. From the living room, you have direct access to your patio. You’re welcome to barbecue using your own grill. The dining area, which is right next to the living room, offers plenty of space for shared meals and cozy evenings.

Resort: The car-free Hochbergle vacation resort may, for the benefit of all guests, be accessed by car only on the day of arrival and departure. This allows children to move about freely while adults enjoy the peace and quiet. For younger guests, there’s also table tennis, a soccer field, a large playground, a swimming lake just a few minutes away, and a toboggan run to let off steam. The “Hochberglestuben” restaurant caters to guests’ needs with affordable dishes and traditional Bavarian and Allgäu cuisine (for a fee). The charming vacation town of Lechbruck am See offers shopping, restaurants, and plenty of activities.

Just a few minutes’ drive away, the unique mountain scenery of the Ammergau Alps beckons. In Lechbruck, there are four lakes for swimming, fishing, water sports, and rafting. When winter transforms the landscape into a winter wonderland, two cross-country trails await skaters and cross-country skiers. Those who prefer a more peaceful pace can enjoy the clear, fresh winter air on a stroll along beautiful winter hiking trails. For our younger guests, there are plenty of hills for sledding. And don’t forget the ice rink right in the center of town. Ski enthusiasts will find their paradise in the Ammergau and Allgäu Alps, just a few minutes’ drive away.
The fairytale Neuschwanstein Castle and the beautiful town of Füssen are only about a 30-minute drive from Lechbruck.
