Welcome to this cozy vacation home with a beautiful south-facing terrace and stunning mountain views.
Beautiful vacation home in the "Hochbergle" vacation village in Lechbruck am See for up to 6 people, featuring a beautiful south-facing terrace and stunning mountain views.
This “Comfort L” category home features approximately 89 m² of living space and the following amenities:
1 cozy living-dining room with a seating area, upholstered sofa set, TV, telephone, and radio.
3 bedrooms, one with a double bed and 2 bedrooms each with 2 single beds
1 new, fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, exhaust hood, oven, stovetop, electric kettle, microwave, plenty of dishes, etc.
1 new bathroom with shower and toilet, plus a separate guest restroom.
1 large south-facing terrace with patio furniture and 2 lounge chairs.
The floors in the living and sleeping areas are carpeted, and the other rooms are tiled.
Pets are allowed!
Entryway: Covered; bicycles and other sports equipment can be stored here.
Smoking: In the interest of future guests, we ask that you smoke only on the terrace.
Meals: Self-catering (breakfast, half-board, and a bread roll service can be booked on-site)
Facility: The car-free Hochbergle vacation resort may only be accessed by car on the day of arrival and departure. This allows children to move about freely while adults enjoy the peace and quiet. For our younger guests, there’s also a playroom, table tennis, a soccer field, and a large playground where they can run around. The “Hochberglestuben” restaurant caters to guests’ needs with affordable dishes and typical Bavarian and Allgäu cuisine (for a fee). The attractive vacation town of Lechbruck am See offers plenty of shopping opportunities, restaurants, and a wide range of activities.

Recreational Activities: The range of activities in Lechbruck am See extends from fishing and swimming to biking, volleyball, rafting, horseback riding, skiing, sledding, ice skating, hiking, and even golfing on the 18-hole golf course on the Gsteig with its unique panoramic views. Just a few minutes’ drive away lies the unique mountain landscape of the Ammergau Alps. In Lechbruck, there are four lakes for swimming, fishing, water sports, and rafting. When winter transforms the landscape, two cross-country trails await skaters and cross-country skiers. Those who prefer a more leisurely pace can enjoy the crisp, fresh winter air on a stroll along beautiful winter hiking trails. For our younger guests, there are plenty of hills for sledding. Not to mention the ice rink right in the center of town. Ski enthusiasts will find their paradise in the Ammergau and Allgäu Alps, just a few minutes’ drive away. The fairytale Neuschwanstein Castle and the beautiful town of Füssen are only about a 30-minute drive from Lechbruck.
