This spacious corner townhouse, situated in an absolutely quiet location, is bright and cheerfully furnished. From the spacious south-facing terrace with a sunshade awning, you’ll enjoy a breathtaking view across the lake to the Alpine panorama.
A warm welcome, dear guests!
This large, very quiet, south-facing corner townhouse is located in the front row with a magnificent view. The house can accommodate up to 6 people and offers everything you need for a relaxing vacation.
Kitchen (tiled floor)
Fully equipped kitchen: refrigerator with top-mounted freezer, dishwasher, stove, range hood, oven, electric kettle, toaster, coffee maker, cutlery, dishes, glasses, pots, and all standard kitchen utensils.
Living/Dining Room (cork flooring)
The bright and cheerfully furnished living room invites you to make yourself at home. The large seating area offers space for all guests. A flat-screen TV, DVD player, and stereo system are also included in this home’s amenities. From the living room, you have direct access to your patio. You’re welcome to grill using your own grill. The dining area, which is right next to the living room, offers plenty of space for shared meals and cozy evenings.

Resort: For the comfort of all guests, the car-free Hochbergle vacation resort may only be accessed by car on the day of arrival and departure. This allows children to move about freely while adults enjoy the peace and quiet. For our younger guests, there’s also table tennis, a soccer field, a large playground, a swimming lake just a few minutes away, and a toboggan run where they can let off steam. The “Hochberglestuben” restaurant caters to guests’ needs with affordable dishes and typical Bavarian and Allgäu cuisine (for a fee). The charming vacation town of Lechbruck am See offers shopping, restaurants, and plenty of activities.

Recreational Activities: The range of activities in Lechbruck am See extends from fishing and swimming to biking, volleyball, rafting, horseback riding, skiing, tobogganing, ice skating, hiking, and even golfing on the 18-hole golf course on the Gsteig with its unique panoramic views.
Just a few minutes’ drive away lies the unique mountain landscape of the Ammergau Alps. In Lechbruck, there are four lakes for swimming, fishing, water sports, and rafting. When winter transforms the landscape, two cross-country trails await skaters and cross-country skiers. Those who prefer a more leisurely pace can enjoy the clear, fresh winter air on a stroll along beautiful winter hiking trails. For our younger guests, there are plenty of hills for sledding. And don’t forget the ice rink right in the center of town. Ski enthusiasts will find their paradise in the Ammergau and Allgäu Alps, just a few minutes’ drive away.
The fairytale Neuschwanstein Castle and the beautiful town of Füssen are only about a 30-minute drive from Lechbruck.
