You can enjoy your vacation in this spacious and quietly located corner townhouse with ground-level access and bright, modern furnishings. From your sunny southwest-facing terrace, you’ll have a view of a meadow and distant mountains.
A warm welcome, dear guests!
This large, southwest-facing corner townhouse is centrally located in the vacation village. The reception desk and restaurant are just a short walk away. The vacation home features ground-level access (no stairs). The house can accommodate up to 6 people and offers everything you need for a relaxing vacation.
Kitchen (tiled floor)
Fully equipped kitchen: refrigerator with freezer compartment, dishwasher, stove (ceramic cooktop), oven, electric kettle, toaster, coffee maker, cutlery, dishes, glasses, pots, and all standard kitchen utensils.
Living/Dining Room (vinyl/laminate flooring)
The bright and cheerfully furnished living room invites you to make yourself at home. The very large corner sofa seats all 6 guests. A flat-screen TV and a radio/stereo system are also included in this home’s amenities. From the living room, you have direct access to your patio. You’re welcome to barbecue using your own grill. The adjacent dining area provides space for shared meals and cozy evenings.

Resort: For the comfort of all guests, the car-free Hochbergle vacation resort may only be accessed by car on the day of arrival and departure. This allows children to move about freely while adults enjoy the peace and quiet. For younger vacationers, there’s also table tennis, a soccer field, a large playground, a swimming lake just a few minutes away, and a sledding hill where they can let off steam. The “Hochberglestuben” restaurant caters to guests’ needs with affordable dishes and typical Bavarian and Allgäu cuisine (for a fee). The charming vacation town of Lechbruck am See offers shopping, restaurants, and plenty of activities.

Recreational Activities: The range of activities in Lechbruck am See extends from fishing and swimming to biking, volleyball, rafting, horseback riding, skiing, sledding, ice skating, hiking, and even golfing on the 18-hole golf course on the Gsteig with its unique panoramic views.
Just a few minutes’ drive away lies the unique mountain world of the Ammergau Alps. In Lechbruck, there are four lakes for swimming, fishing, water sports, and rafting. When winter transforms the landscape, two cross-country trails await skaters and cross-country skiers. Those who prefer a more peaceful pace can enjoy the clear, fresh winter air on a stroll along beautiful winter hiking trails. For our younger guests, there are plenty of hills for sledding. Not to mention the ice rink right in the center of town. Ski enthusiasts will find their paradise in the Ammergau and Allgäu Alps, just a few minutes’ drive away.
The fairytale Neuschwanstein Castle and the beautiful town of Füssen are only about a 30-minute drive from Lechbruck.
