About this house rental
You’re sure to feel right at home in this spacious and quietly located corner townhouse. It’s modern and tastefully furnished. Enjoy a magnificent view from your sunny and beautifully designed south-facing terrace.
Welcome to House 128!
Our large vacation home, measuring approximately 86 m², stands out for its particularly beautiful and very quiet location in the vacation village.
The south-facing terrace—with a view of the lake—offers pure relaxation. It features a cozy lounge area, a table for 8 people, and a grill.
You’ll feel right at home inside, too:
The bright, spacious living room, approximately 27 square meters, features a flat-screen satellite TV, a mini-stereo system, a telephone, and Wi-Fi. Various games and books are available for inclement weather. You’re welcome to take your favorite book home with you—our next guests will be happy to read the copy you’ve finished.
The fully equipped built-in kitchen, featuring a ceramic cooktop, oven, large dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer, coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster, and microwave, is well-appointed and perfect for cooking.
The master bedroom is furnished with a double bed (180 x 200 m) and a spacious wardrobe.
In the first children’s room (Bunny Room), with two single beds (each 90 x 200 m), you’ll feel right at home immediately, thanks in part to the beautiful antique closet. The room is also suitable for adults.
In the second children’s room (Bear’s Den), which features a bunk bed, the large lower mattress (140 x 200 m; upper mattress: 90 x 200 m) is perfect for snuggling with Mom and Dad. Adults will also find plenty of space here.
The bathroom, which gets natural light, features a large window, a corner shower, a spacious mirror cabinet, and a heater with a towel warmer.
The guest restroom (Eselchens Liebe) also features a window.
The house is allergy-friendly (laminate flooring, tiles). To ensure it stays that way, we unfortunately do not allow four-legged guests. Smoking is therefore not permitted inside the house, but you’re welcome to enjoy a cigarette on the terrace or in the covered entryway, where you can also store your bikes to keep them dry
As our youngest family member used to say after a great vacation, we’d also like to wish you: “Des is an Urlaub!”

Resort: The car-free Hochbergle vacation resort may only be accessed by car on the day of arrival and departure for the comfort of all guests. This allows children to move about freely while adults enjoy the peace and quiet. For our younger guests, there’s also table tennis, a soccer field, a large playground, a swimming lake just a few minutes away, and a sledding hill to let off steam. The “Hochberglestuben” restaurant caters to guests’ needs with affordable dishes and typical Bavarian and Allgäu cuisine (for a fee). The attractive vacation town of Lechbruck am See offers shopping, restaurants, and plenty of activities.

Just a few minutes’ drive away lies the unique mountain world of the Ammergau Alps. In Lechbruck, there are four lakes for swimming, fishing, water sports, and rafting. When winter transforms the landscape, two trails await skaters and cross-country skiers. Those who prefer a more leisurely pace can enjoy the clear, fresh winter air on a stroll along beautiful winter hiking trails. For our younger guests, there are plenty of hills for sledding.
