Fabulous! Thank you so much to our hosts Guy and Collette for sharing their home. The property is set in a quiet area of Saint Malo, only a minute to walk to the seafront. The main town is further but very pleasant to walk along the beach. The house itself is very comfortable. We were able to park on the driveway. Our rooms were the whole of the top floor - a lovely large bedroom, with a lounge area and a dining table and chairs. The bathroom was just across the landing - and just for us. Everything was perfect. The bed was very comfortable, with super bedlinens - we slept very well indeed. The area is extremely quiet. The bathroom was large with a bath with overhead shower - very hot, strong spray from the shower. Lovely. All was very clean, tidy and had everything we needed. Breakfast was amazing. Collette prepared a selection for us - breads and jam, eggs, cake etc croissants , of course, and a good supply of strong coffee. The couple were very friendly and clearly enjoyed having guests to stay, we had some great breakfast conversations about varied and intersting topics. Overall we felt very comfortable and relaxed on our two night stay and would love to visit again.

The couple who ran it were absolutely lovely. Very comfortable bed. Private and quiet. Good shower and bathroom facilities. Really nice breakfast.

On the 2nd floor, stairs to negotiate. The room needs a fan in warm weather. Convenient and close to the beach, but not right on the beach.
